I’ve been bringing my Bernadoodle arlo for over a year and the staff at Northvale are amazing! Specifically Jennifer and Jessica they were super helpful and amazing with my pup arlo!

Dr. Simone, our dedicated veterinarian, she has a veterinarian clinic in our town. Dr. Simone has gone above and beyond to support us during this difficult time. Our dog, Apollo, has been in the hospital for a week now due to an undiagnosed illness. Since Dr. Simone does not have her own hospital facilities, we had to take Apollo to Oradell Animal Hospital for specialized care. Despite this, Dr. Simone remains deeply involved in Apollo's case, calling the hospital daily to get updates on his condition and to suggest potential tests and treatments.
Every day, Dr. Simone reaches out to us to check on Apollo's progress and to see how we are coping. She has shown a level of compassion and commitment that we have never experienced with any other veterinarian. In one instance, my husband was speaking to Dr. Simone on speakerphone so that I could also hear the conversation. Overwhelmed with emotion, he broke down and started crying. I could hear Dr. Simone whimpering in the background, sharing in our pain and distress. Her empathy and genuine concern for Apollo and our family have been a source of great comfort.
When the veterinary team at Oradell Animal Hospital expressed doubts about Apollo's chances, Dr. Simone urged us not to lose hope. She insisted that Apollo had the strength to fight through this illness and encouraged us to remain steadfast in our support for him. Her unwavering belief in Apollo's resilience has given us the strength to keep pushing forward, even when the situation seemed dire.
Dr. Simone's dedication and heartfelt care for Apollo are unparalleled. Her constant involvement, despite not having a hospital of her own, has made a significant impact on Apollo's treatment and our family's emotional well-being. We have never encountered a veterinarian as extraordinary as Dr. Simone, and her exceptional support has made all the difference during this challenging time.

Doctor Simon, and her staff- Jennifer and Jessica have been such a blessing to our pet. Words are not enough to recommend this establishment for pet owners that love their pets unconditionally. We are very grateful to Dr. Simon and her wonderful staff! Thank you!

Masks dont stop viral particles. The covid mRNA vaccine has been a failure. Covid is not and never was dangerous for 99.8% of the population and yet , in defiance of all reality, logic, reason and evidence the psychotic brainwashed , brain-damaged management of this clinic persists in enforcing non-sensical ineffective covid “rules”They also tried to sell me over priced and unnecessary products. They also recommended an expensive invasive procedure that was clearly unnecessary as I have a medical background myself.A deranged money grubbing group of charlatansStay away!

Dr. Simon and all the techs are absolutely amazing. I brought my dog, Casper, here for about a year and a half before I moved away from the area and it was probably my hardest goodbye! Dr. Simon is such a caring person, she and everyone in the office treated Casper so well. He was never afraid to go to the vet and he was always so happy to see everyone there. I would recommend Northvale Veterinary Clinic to anyone!!

I highly recommend Dr. Simon and the staff at Northvale Veterinary Clinic. My family is new to the area and spent a great deal of time researching the best office for our pets. Although this clinic is roughly 30 minutes from our home and there are closer veterinary clinics, the drive to Northvale Veterinary Clinic is 100% worth it because of the positive experiences I've had here.The staff at Northvale Veterinary Clinic are always pleasant to work with, helpful, and friendly. I feel like my cats are cared for by a staff who knows us. My cats aren't just names on a file somewhere - my cats are individuals and their personalities are understood by this office.Dr. Simon explains diagnoses, procedures, and all treatments thoughtfully. She takes the time to discuss options with us and follows up to check on progress. I never feel rushed through our visits. Dr. Simon is also great at providing clear answers to my questions. I trust Dr. Simon and know that my pets are receiving excellent medical care from her in a very compassionate way.Dr. Simon and her team are engaged in the health and well-being of my pets, and I am very appreciative of their kindness toward my family!

Prices outrageous and constantly trying to get you to pay more money on stupid sales tactics. Paid 1000 dollars for my little baby to pass the next day. Oh and also d*** Covid restrictions at this year is ridiculous still. The “Vet” suggested a 500 dollar shot and it did nothing. They’re always “super busy“ and closed on random times.

Dr Simone and her professional staff are hands on, outgoing and brilliant in their practice of pet care. From routine visits, to critical care for my wee baby, they jumped in head first. I found my place in north Jersey to safeguard my dogs and im never looking back! Dr Simone's surgical skills are so good that everything she did to help my Dakota live longer, (with cancer) was perfect! She loves my animals like they are her own so they really feel safe with her! Love this place!

I've written several reviews for this veterinary on other sites because while other veterinarian facilities said they were emergency, (in Bergen county) they did not care about my dogs long term cancer, or his well being but right from the start Dr Simone was his warrior! The professional skill is mind blowing as well. Smart lady. Staff is amazing. Surgical skill is perfect. And she is lovely. Cool and easy to talk to.

I just moved here from Reno Nevada. My dog had a negative heartworm test six months ago right before I moved out here. I just gave her her last heartworm prevention. I went to Northvale who I have establish myself with and now they want to charge me $95 for an exam before they can issue me more heartworm prevention for her. I am not understanding why as a heartworm test is good for a year I feel this is ridiculous and they are just trying to get money from me. There is no reason she should have an exam before another six months of heartworm prevention are dispensed.

Love Dr Simon... compassionate and knowledgeable..took my dog there and now ill be taking my two cats (just adopted)...I trust Northvale Veterinary 100%!
