If you’re looking for that special piece of jewelry, this is the place to go. I read the previous review and that just cannot be Gail’s jewelry store. I’ve been going to the Jewelry Exchange for many years. I just recently had a diamond necklace designed by Gail. She was very knowledgeable about diamonds and worked within my price range. It came out beautifully. Through the years I’ve purchased and sold jewelry at her store. Gail is very friendly and is willing to work within your budget. I recommend this jewelry store highly.

Jewler had a major attitude when I walked in. The store was dead empty and nobody greeted me and then I asked to have a piece replaced. He wouldn't even check his supplies to see if he had the piece, then said the price and then told me that it would change if he didn't have it. I can count on one hand the number of times I have had to literally leave somewhere for bad service, and unfortunately add this to the list. The guy yelled at me on the way out the door.

Gail and Christian are a very friendly couple. I find them to be both honest and professional. I have been going to their establishment for approximately 10 years.
