If I could give 0 STARS, I would!! Clearly I should have checked the reviews on this company before ordering. AWFUL Customer Service!!! Do NOT Order from here!! SHADY COMPANY!! Put an order in on 11/1, was told on 11/6 after calling for a confirmation order# and was told I would get an email 24-48 hours letting me know when it shipped. Called 11/9 to get status and the guy who answered the phone sounds like he just woke up. He then tells me they couldn't fulfil my order - why wouldn't anyone call or email that?!! Terrible service, and shady company. Stick with Staples!!!

No good reviews on here. No surprise. Horrible customer service! Sent me $80 worth of the wrong packing tape. Have called 9 times to get an RA and a return shipping label. They want ME to pay return shipping on an order that was all wrong. I keep getting the runaround. HORRBILE. WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN

I wish I could give zero stars. As with other reviewers experience, the product shipped was not what I ordered. When you call it goes to a foreign call center. They shipped the wrong product but want me to pay shipping for the return. Do not purchase from this business.

No stars if possible. I ordered an item that I didn’t receive. I sent a email to the address on the website, received no response. Called the 800 number on website, got a different email address to send a email to. I could not get anyone on the phone and left a message. Sent email to second email address and received a response that they “just” found out item was discontinued and no charge to credit card, sorry. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I wish I had researched the company and read the reviews before ordering. It seems that their business model is based on bait and switch. Like other people, I was given a different and inferior product to what I ordered. When I wanted to return it, they said I would need to pay for return shipping, which would have been quite a lot, and incur a 25% restocking fee. They refused to cover return shipping and refused to waive the restocking fee.

Scammers just dont have a better way to make money so they need to steal money from others. No confirmation, no tracking, no reply, no nothing. Had to dispute with the bank since its been a week since I emailed them. "restocking fee" is a joke. Just another way to take advantage of you twice for giving them a second chance. Not me but Im sure others shelled out more just to get SOME of their hard earned money back while the scammers pocket the rest. Called the number and it gave me Ace Depot. They go by many names all under ACE. Dont buy from any of their sites. Again, scammers just cant get a better job. Im sure someone is telling their parents theyre working at microsoft or some tech company rather than admit they are stealing. Must be soooo proud. Im really wondering how this is allowed considering the site has all 1 star reviews. What they display as their "testimonies" are fake. When I tried to submit, it tried to take me to an unsecure page. Cmon man. A normal 9-5 wouldnt hurt. Replace your card because they have your info now. It seems like they really need it since theyre that BROKE and need to steal.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD. The product is discounted but still on website so when I call they tell me the product is not available but there is substitute available at higher cost. BAIT AND SWITCH. Now let's hope there is no issue with credit care

DO NOT USE. TOTAL RIP OFF. Purchased cash drawer. Sent incorrect drawer. Had to pay to return drawer. Never sent correct drawer AND never refunded money to credit card. Customer Service is worthless & so are they.

Was called by them because my card was declined for my $45 order (corp. card, not possible) and they asked for information they either already had or should not need. I hung up thinking it was maybe a scammer phishing call. I called them back directly and they basically did/said the same thing. I asked to cancel my order and send me confirmation and they did - they emailed me "declined - possible fraud." I should have read the Google reviews before ordering from this vendor.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They never acknowledged my online purchase and when asked, you might get a 1 or 2 word reply a few days later. Supposedly they cancelled my order but they still have my cc#. Beware. Zero Stars if possible

Website transaction didn't work but I live nearby so I thought I would visit and buy directly. The address on google is an old address and they moved across the street however, it looks like it is closed during business hours? Confused, I called the 800 number and someone did pick up but they had no clue if the office was open or not when asked. After reading the reviews, being at the physical location of the business only to find it closed the whole thing felt off and somewhat shady.
