Definitely would recommend. Fair price and only took about 30 mins even just a few days before Christmas—which I am sure is a busier time. Be aware there will be a message that says the parts are not genuine apple parts (I had my screen replaced) however there was no mechanical issues. I was also still able to trade my phone into T-Mobile after repairing the screen.

Excellent Customer Service was provided by Brian and Rob on repairing my iPhone with damage on the back of the device. Repair was done quickly and phone looks brand new. Thank you and will definitely do business with Batteries+/We Fix It Phone Repair again.

I went to see if they could fix a problem regarding my broken charging port. They were so kind and paused the repair they working on on another phone just to try and help me with my phone. They did many different things to try and fix my problem however it was a very difficult repair they were unable to do. Although they could not fix the charging port they replaced my battery and provided me with a wireless charger to work around the problem so that I could still have use of my phone and would not have to go all the way to an Apple Store (more than an hour away). They then hooked me up with coupons when checking out which significantly decreased the price of my repair. I appreciate the fact that they took the time out of their busy schedule to accommodate me!

I was sent to this location to get my Note9 screen replaced, through T-Mobile's Insurance Provider Assurant, by far the most non-complicated & smoothest experience. In the 20+ years dealing with damaged phones that I have ever had.??The two gentleman whom helped me were very straightforward, easy to talk to & understand. My Note9 screen was replaced and ready for pickup within an hour, for me to pick up. ?Thanks Again Guys! ??
