I ship packages from this place often, and every time, Lawrence and Tonya are amazing. They are professional and very friendly, making the process smooth and enjoyable.They always handle things quickly and efficiently, and it's always nice to see them because they're just so friendly.

The number given is a 1-800 number. This is NOT the number for this office. You will talk to a robot for 30 minutes until it's tired of listening to you and then MAYBE you will be connected with a human. THEN that human will give you the ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER to this office. This is beyond unprofessional of USPS and I can't legally use the words I should be using to describe how disgraceful this process was to talk to a human about a missing package that was extremely time sensitive. Stop hiding your customer care workers from us and let them do their jobs.

Worst service ever. Rude, arrogant, unhelpful. The guy at the counter acted like a little baby and made me purchase tape instead of using his own tape roller. He tried to refuse me service and his Coworker came from the back and let me continue the transaction. I’ve never been so disrespected trying to mail items ever. I’ll use the other post office in pleasantville for now on.

Terrible customer service I have now visited this post office two times thinking the first time maybe the gentleman behind the counter was having a bad day I got this gentleman again and the customer service is terrible the way he speaks down to people questions that should be going above and beyond for whoever this gentleman is who works in this post office makes me never want to go there again it's funny because even yesterday when I visited there for the second time there was two of the customers rolling their eyes thinking oh him interesting well you just lost me I will go to another post office farther away for better customer service
