“I had this Mechanic for over 30 yrs...Rafa has never failed me, and my Jeep as never failed me, because of this Mechanic...I went to Work, every day, and Aviation School at the same time for two and a half years (no summer vacation, no Christmas vacation) traveling 1 hour and 40 Mins each way ever day, Rafa kept my 27 year old jeep on the road, never missed a day of School, if l did, l would have to write 96 questions and find 96 answers to continue School, if l was late, 1 hour, 8 questions, 8 answers. l had to not only get to School, l could not be late...Through 6 degree winter weather, sleet, floodings, never fail to start and keep going Rafa kept that jeep on the road during that time, and for over 20 yrs prior. Both drivers ( Bruce picked up my car) and hopefully you can look up the driver of my delivery back home, both were outstanding they were friendly, courteous and professional. “I had a great experience with Mr. B, but I'll admit we started off slow. In his defense, I'm not the only customer, and who knows if he 10 cars with my situation. My car has been with our mechanic for over 2 months. Mr B talks to me, and figured it out before he looked at the car. Just goes to show what a veteran he is. He's pretty reasonable, just be the same.”

“Most honest automotive repair garage you will ever find. Will not up charge. Will only do repairs that are needed. Case in point, over eight years ago, brought my son older truck for his first car. Saw weird stuff on battery cables. Took it to Ocean Heights thinking I needed a new battery. Brian took truck, came back 15 minutes later and said battery was fine, just needed cleaning. Point being, he could have sold me a new battery and I would have never known. Been with Ocean Heights ever since.”

“They wouldn't take my money. Highly recommended!You can see from my reviews that I am a regular guy living in an RV traveling the country with my wife. I'm not a company shill and my opinions are my own. That said...In this age of nickel-and-diming the customer for every single damned dollar, it is incredibly refreshing to come across a company that is actually more interested in service and in the customer.I had a slow leak on my dually pickup truck. Likely something I ran over though I couldn't locate the leak. Due to some travel time constraints, I needed a new tire quickly. I called them up and they ordered me a tire for next day delivery *and* they went the extra mile and called the warehouse to make the distributer actually lay hands on the tire. Who does that anymore? That was very cool.When I get there, they obviously could have simply sold me the tire and taken my money. Instead, they took the time to investigate and found a loose connection in my extended valve stem. They took the tire off, tightened it, checked the other wheel, soaped up the valves to ensure no leaks, remounted the tire, and refused payment. Seriously, what the hell?I would come back to them any time. Anyone that doesn't need my money can have it.”

“This is a business that I do recommend to anyone in need of radiator work. I have had brake work, A/C work, timing belt work, transmission, water pump and a whole lot more repairs to my vehicles. The service is done in a timely manner and the staff is always kind and courteous. Chris is a people person so it's easy to talk to him about your car woes. Now, I have years of experience coming here so I suggest you give him a chance to work on your vehicle. With years of automotive experience, no matter whether foreign or American cars they will get the job done. Oh, did I tell you that the price is right too?”

The process took longer than expected as there was a seized bolt. The staff communicated these hiccups along the way so I was not wondering what was going on.I did have a problem with one of the tires the next day. The staff was more than helpful to correct the problem. I would say, even going above and beyond to do so.Friendly staff and good work at this location ✅”

“My engine cover partially came off today as I was visiting my parents from out of town. It was rubbing on the ground as I drove. They were super busy but they told me to come in and they would help me out. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend them. My parents only use them and they are also very happy with them.”
“A couple times over the years when I've had an issue with my car (alternator, radiator) I would call around to get estimates and they were always the cheapest. I don't bother anymore bc they have excellent service and do great work in a timely fashion. Today my car was making a terrible noise when I turned the wheel. They just called me and said it was just the metal thing by the wheel was bent and they fixed it...30 bucks! My car is a 2005 Xl7 and I was bracing myself for an expensive repair. I've heard horror stories of dishonest or perhaps incompetent mechanics that overcharge and don't fix the car properly. These guys are honest and awesome. Highly recommend.Service: Auto maintenance”

“Gotten all 4 of my vehicles new tires installed, along with new batteries. Staff is friendly, just make sure you set up an appt if not they don’t take walk ins, only on Saturday first come first serve basis. I also go every 5k miles to get all my of vehicles tires balanced and rotated for free, which is a great perk of having a Sam’s club membership since other shops usually charge for this service. Would recommend to go super busy when they open and shop around while you wait for your vehicle to be done. They call you when it is ready. ?”
