I have used the PhoneXchange 2x now, the service is SUPERIOR! The second time I met Sylk who is extremely pleasant to work with and super knowledgeable. She could have overcharged me for my service/recommended a repair that wasn't needed, but she was honest and fixed my issue in short order. It must have been Adam who helped me with the first service; Adam is also super nice and very knowledgeable! The PhoneXchange was recommended to me, I now recommend them to everybody!

Adam and Silk provided a exceptional customer service. Both are also polite and professional and I left with a big smile and happy heart!My phone screen was repaired under a half hour when I was told about an hour, but I was also the first one in today so I am certain that was also a factor.I highly recommend this business and thank you both for your help today!
