the employees only are concerned about the sale. If there is a problem or misunderstand they do not want to handle the situation. The employees, including management, do not live by the motto that is hung above their service desk which reads "Everything we do must center on satisfying the customer...without compromise...without hesitation...and the customer will return to seek that same satisfaction again...and again.". I was reading this as the manager was making myself feel completely awful. I would not recommend the Kensington if this is their displayed motto, but not one they follow.

Terrible experience. Went in on my day off to look around get ideas and was followed around the entire time by an employee who made me very uncomfortable. Worst experience ever

I never received a call back from manager . Explained my problem with our furniture. When we bought furniture they told us it would be in our Best interest to get insurance,do yourself a favor and don't purchase it. It's not worth furniture went bad within a year and still no help from Kensington furniture.. Very Very disappointed because I can't even use our outdoor furniture this whole summer very disappointing.

Kensington is my favorite place to go and buy furniture especially on the weekends. Everyone is happy and very helpful. I can't really call their inventory "furniture" instead I consider them to be like "Masterpieces ", and I love it there ! At Kensington they carefully chose top quality items and it's such a good vibe. Top notch with customer satisfaction ! I'm in my early 30s and have furnished 85% of my home with them. Five years later and all my purchases still look and perform like Day one. The outlet upstairs is like a secret warehouse of surprises and deals. Come by anytime just to look and say hi ! Even the guys who help you load your car for pickups on pickup day are amazing and Big shout out to "AL" too. One day he helped me move something really heavy on a hot summer day and worked magic to make my things fit. Entire staff there go over and beyond and they don't think about it twice. Only one negative to say ...... they have too many good things and it's hard to leave hahaha. Yummy cookies and they know how to decorate ! You better go ! Forever a customer , they are a family brand who will treat you like family

Under a tight time restraint so went looking for a single counter height stool. Big box stores don't have much in-stock furniture to offer. Kensington did. What wonderful, helpful people. Always nice to deal with a family run business. Give them a try.

I stopped in yesterday to look for patio furniture. I've shopped to Kensington many times my salesman John, who is very very helpful. He didn't know what to do for me next he texted me with all the information to help me make my decision because I had visited another store and checked online. After careful consideration, and realizing what a great price I got. I decided to go with John and Kensington. To make my process even easier they offered 0% financing for three years and Curtis took all my information from me and the process took five minutes. It doesn't get any easier than this. Go see John & Curtis, at Kensington.

Had 2 recliners delivered on 7/14/22. A week or so later started noticing issues with one of the recliners. I have reached out a total of 6 times (3 voicemail messages on the service line since you cannot speak to anyone, 1 voicemail for the store manager, 1 email for the sales person who sold them to us, and a live message with 'JJ'). Not one single message has been returned, EVER, from any of the 6 times I have called!!!!! This is the first, and LAST, purchase with this store. Clearly they are not interested in following up for service once your item(s) are deliver; they just want the sale based on our experience! I had to file a dispute with our credit card company hoping it will get their attention.
