Such a positive atmosphere! I love the workouts, instructors and everyone who goes there. Everyone is so nice and uplifting. You need to try Lift and Glitz if you haven’t already. It’s for all women :)

Going to an all women’s gym not only makes you feel safe but it also empowers the women & gives an awesome support system. Cutest and cleanest gym ever & the coaches are beyond amazing and educated
