Very bad experience. Bought and signed up for prepaid with iPhone 11 so my daughter could establish some credit. Only to find out the "free" phone is locked and under a year contract before we can move it!!! Only if the last resort like it was mine and still think twice . Wish I waited!!! Wouldn't recommend to anyone or there families

I have been here a handful of times and every time it has been the same man. Great place as he makes things very easy and does most of the work for you. He's honest and knowledgeable. I threw a budget out there and he told me my honest options. Love walking out and making a call before getting into the car because it's ready to go out the door

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE..THIS WOMEN DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO APPLY YOUR ACP BENIFIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT .EVEN IF YOUR QAILIFIED!!! SHE YELLS BACK AT YOU AND REFUSES TO PROVIDE YOU WITH MANGERS INFORMATION SHE HAS MESSED UP EVERYTHING SHE TRIES TO DO.VERY UNPLEASANT AND SHOULD NOT BE WORKING HERE. SHES COST ME OVER 200 BECAUSE SHE CANT ASK FOR HELP FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOOST STORE UNLESS YOU JUST NEED A SIMPLE THING DONE.OTHERWISE. YOUR IN FOR YOUR WORLD TO BE TURNED UPSIDE DOWN SHE REFUSES TO GIVE ME A MANAGERS PHONE NUMBER SO NOW IM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH ACP AGAINST BOOST. IM CANCELING MY SERVICE. BECAUSE OF HER. SMH

My old cell phone died. This Boost Mobile shop was quite clean and welcoming. The person who waited on me was very courteous and helpful. I was on my way with a new phone, with all my data transferred to the new phone, in under 15 minutes. I will definitely return in the future.

I just have been so pleased with Boost Mobile as my Provider now about 4 years. I've never had a problem and their plans are great.

i was at healing touch therapy massage next door and i dropped my phone. they recommended boost mobile next door. David helped us and was very nice. i got what i needed and very pleased with the help. thanks David and healing touch for the recommendation.

went to get a phone for my 13 yr old. David answered every question spent a lot of time with us. my son loved the special attention he got getting his first phone. i highly recommend this Boost Mobile shop in northfield and especially David. great deal also.
