My first time making a purchase at Allen's Shoes! I purchased a good pair of sneakers and a pair of orthotics with the help of Alan. He spent quite a lot of time and patience walking me through this purchase. I am very happy and my feet are too.

I needed a pair of good sneakers for a sore foot. The salesperson, Tay who took care of me was extremely knowledgeable and patient beyond belief. Very kind and truly had the expertise I needed today. I am very happy with my Hoka sneakers as well as the short compression Wellness socks. I highly recommend Allen’s for good sneakers, quality shoes including Uggs, and I intend to return soon for an Ugg pair of slippers.

Sorry , can't remember the salesperson name ,she helped my friend purchase a pair of sas shoes. She was so kind to her. She has Alzheimer's it means so much to have a kind person like her.

It was first time for me to walk in this store. The costumer service was great. One of the associates, Laurie helped me and was very patient to bring variety of shoes for me to try. Not only I got the shoes I was looking for, but I ended up with two pairs and ordered two other from other stores which were shipped right in my house. What was great is that if the shoes doesn’t fit for any reason you can return them to the store without going through the long annoying process of returns when you buy online. I appreciate Laurie’s help not only for finding the right shoes for me but she went above and beyond to measure my feet and give me advices of what shoes should I look for. Highly recommend this store. Why shopping in Amazon while we can buy local.

I’ve never been to Allen’s Shoes in Northfield so I didn’t know what to expect. I went there today to look at on cloud sneakers because they’re a retailer. Well… I don’t know that I can ever buy running shoes anywhere else. I literally felt like a VIP. Having someone put your shoes on and tie them for you is a little strange, but their customer service was top-notch. Ask for Hunter ??Also I ended up with Hokas, not ONs ?

Ty and Hunter were amazing! The staff measures both feet, asks what kind of shoe you're looking for, brings them to you and puts them on you. Old time, full service! We went there to find shoes for my 89 year-old mother-in-law. They took plenty of time to help her find just the right shoe and size. She is walking much better in such a good quality shoe (SAS Roamer). I even bought a pair of shoes for myself (On-running Cloud 5). I will definitely return.

I had one of the best shoe service of my life here! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped with what I was looking for. I was looking for shoes that are comfortable with the best quality for both work and casual everyday. I also got my feet measured to ensure the best fit. I had a very knowledgeable sale person named Chuck I believed and Hunter that helped with the technicalities. Even tho they didn’t have the color shoes I wanted to buy, I’ve tried the shoe size in a different color and was able to place an order with the correct color and get it shipped to my house. Overall, staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I would highly recommend!
