This Wawa has 2 personalities. Off/In seasons. Because it is situated in Wildwood, NJ, during the summer months it is extremely busy. The staff works hard to keep things moving. They are always nice no matter how busy they are. The shelves are always stocked. Once in awhile you might not be able to find something. Off season the Wawa is still busy but not like summer season.

I’ve been getting great hoagies during hoagiefest. Kudos to the sandwich makers working in the fast paced summer rush. Today I just bought some snacks and picked up a couple of Tastykakes. They were on the shelf today, the 11th with Best Buy dates of July 03. It’s not the first time this happened. What’s going on? With all the business they do at this location this should never happen.

First of all, the outside staff deserves some support as they are always there to help and really do a good job at welcoming and giving people a good experience. Both the out and ins go a long way for front line workers and other community members. Beyond necessary understanding.Additionally, inside staff is also very good but I do have to note that the lack of wawa garb is not indicative of staff staying up to date with the gear looks. It is a very close call but an obvious sticking point when considering the juxtaposition to the outdoorsman. I think I caught a good deal there on eggs or stuff that needs to go but it was offset by the trucking staff overtly recruiting some of the island staff. No comment on the grocery in general but if I had to nominate for staff of the years, it is probably an outdoor person from here.As for the internals it is almost too good from time to time and again the garb is a major consideration. I think they just needed the reminder. Maybe wawa watches or better footwear for staff as to they truly do the best they can, and these are long hours.What really gets me is how unappreciative the folks who visit are though the staff is unrelenting in their meting the needs of the visitors to the store location. I hope management can start to stick up for the staff soon as it seems pervasive and does not help folks who rely on the store including community members. It is to the point of passing generations and the era of leading women about or parading / ponying is obviously not helpful to the community or staff who is very important to the community. It is also a youth issue and for staff not helpful. In any event thank you from the front lines.

I had the most wonderful customer service experience here! It was storming and I needed gas to get home. The gas pumps at this location were closed due to safety concerns but the staff called different gas stations in the area and tried to find a place for me to get gas. I want to give a huge thank you to Karyn Marie who would not stop until she found a gas station for me to go to and followed me in the bad weather conditions to make sure I found the station and was safely able to get gas. I am beyond grateful!

LOVE WAWA!!! Great Hoagies sandwiches paninis cheeseburgers french fries shakes coffee specialty coffees snacks ices and so many more things..... Fred is a convenience store water lottery tickets ATMs and lots more, I'm there multiple times a week if not at least once a day!
