Michelle’s customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I’m an HR professional and she is a lady that’s professional as well as pleasant. Some that makes you feel good about yourself and she’s someone that I trust. Being doing business with her for years and is the reason I come back and refer family and friends.

Trash place and they lie I went there only because I moved out near where they are located so I walk in and I told the lady I wanted to get a loan she told me that they are not doing loans because they don't have enough money but she would buy it smfh then when I gave her my grill witch is 10k gold she said it is not real this lady is crazy I paid 1600 for my grill I've pawned my grill a couple of times will never go there again and will never recommend that place to anyone

Although I was told by the employee that they only were able to give loans on gold and platinum jewelry ONLY (including Tiffany's, James Avery, Brighton, or any other sterling silver jewelry makers. That was kind of a bummer, but completely my error considering I could have easily called the store before I decided to pay them a visit, so I wasn't mad, but disappointed. She seen the disappointment in my facial expression, and after she was very empathetic and very kind to me, which I commend since most customer service is less than average most places, and most employees in my experiences while I'm out doing errands or shopping, etc., in my humble opinion don't give a very believable empathetic response or really show any concern when they are unable to help customers, and to me it's quite obvious when they are just kind of checking off their boxes on the key points of there "irate / unhappy customer" script in their head, some show no emotion what so ever, and a small percentage actually seem quite pleased to let you know they can't help you and really couldn't be happier telling you,"Nope, I can't help because, blah, blah, blah." I think it's disgusting and really nice don't know why it's accepted at many businesses but I assume management has no idea. Luckily for me this was not the case with this lady, unfortunately her name has slipped my memory, Sorry but this visit to this business wasn't recent, but about 3 months ago, before I was able to find my position where I work, and therefore was a bit light in my wallet. I just remembered her kindness and time she spent with me giving good directions , since my phone had ran out of Juice and I didn't have any idea how to get back to the area that I had came from! She was just so concerned about me and my situation, and I could see she had a genuine concern for humanity and I think that she really values people and of course, respects her position at Rick's very much to go the extra mile for the customers. The only thing I remember is that like myself she had medium length hair and was a petite woman about 5' or less I believe.

I had a wonderful experience with Rich's Pawn store in North Plainfield NJ.I move out of state and had jewelry loan with them for past months. Due to COVID pandemic , I need sometime to pay back my loan amount to them. In all this situation Michelle help me out by extending my due date so that I can pay back my loan. Michelle make sure my stuff is packed securely since it has to be shipped out of state. She followed up by phone called and text messages. Michelle shows pure professionalism in dealing with her customers.

I had a great experience dealing with Michelle I was skeptical in the beginning do do some reviews and listening to other people and I sat in the car several minutes wondering if I should go inside, when I decided to go inside Michelle got up from her chair which is behind the window and greeted me with a smile and from there I expressed to her why I was hesitant and we talked and we laughed and I experienced nothing but professionalism I’m so glad that I went inside and I got top dollar for my ring I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a pawnshop. Oh let me add I did not experience any prejudice at all as some of you stated Michelle was the best.

this is the best pawn shop that i ever dealt with the are very friendly courteous and respectful. they give you a good deal on whatever it is.If you need extra time they will work with you they just dont take and keep your stuff . I visited this store and had business dealings with purchasing jewelry and pawning, Met a nice women named Michelle here was very impressed by her knowledge of jewelry, she is very professional and kind, I will differently will be back and will recommend my family and friends.
