I called VIP Honda intending to buy a car, but was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the sales staff. They showed no interest in helping me and even responded sarcastically when I mentioned the online OTD price, then hung up on me. This is not how customers should be treated. I won’t be returning and advise others to think twice before visiting this dealership.

I walked to VIP Honda and arrived there at 9 am. In a matter of minutes the salesman explained about the Sedan Stretch I piked out all knowledgeable input and convinced me why the car would fit me. In a matter of minutes we began the paperwork and I never looked back he helped me understand all the controls inside of the vehicle and more before I left I am a very satisfied customer.
