I had been coming to this store a while to purchase my tobacco products. One day I come in and spend $82. After walking out, they send someone out to tell me the purchase didn’t go through. I show them my banking app to show it went through in my end. They insisted it didn’t go through on their end and my bank will reverse the charge. Mind you they refused to allow me to leave with the items I purchased. Here I am a month later, no products and out $82. Every time I call the line is busy! I want my money back!

Went in earlier today asked for a hamburger was told that the woman making them is so d*** she will make a "Baleada" instead of a hamburger, This isn't the way you should treat employees, The guy who said this was an older guy working solo on 9/26/16 and treated his helper bad. I was told that the woman was stupid and that she didn't know a word of English which by no means is acceptable as a reason to treat someone like this, Overall the service is okay, but employees seem to be treated unfairly.
