Completely unbelievable how this low budget, dirty, grimy place is till in operations. This shop has repoed and sold car right from under me in a matter of only two months and got away with it. This dealership take advantage of the less fortunate by promising them a buy here pay here option. But WATCH THE FINE PRINT!!! Through the course of almost a decade family member and friends have purchased here and not one car did not need work! All requiring professional to fix. Need less to say nothing but lemons over at M and R auto. Not to mention the absolutely repulsive front counter girl there. That loved to talk about how high she was going to get over the weekend! Buyers beware!!!!

Jess, her father, and the bright gentleman at the other M&R Auto Sales are excellent with me! I’ve been going to them since I could first drive with my license and financed my first car! It was a really well kept 2011 Ford Escape XLT, for $11,000, with ONLY 85,000 and in perfect condition! The price was right and the payments are fair! Jess and her father are always kind and try to be flexible when they can! Me and my mother have been going to them for vehicles for YEARS. Highly recommend this spot for your kids first car, your family vehicle, or even a fun car if you love manuals!

I don't recommend anyone purchase a car from this place. They have a scam going on where if you are one day late with a payment they will tow your car and charge your over 900 repossession fee and other random fees. I went there to help my friend get his car out and the lady with the dirty teeth and the sloppy overweight man were so rude to me when I was nothing but polite to them. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Jess with M&R is amazing!She asked all the right questions And took the time to find out all that I was looking for in a car.She showed me multiple options, was thoughtful and allowed me to feel comfortable with the purchase I was able to drive the car around for a period of time I really made sure it was the car I wanted before locking me into a major purchase. They were quick with the paperwork and put me at ease throughout the process.

LADIES BE WARNED! I visited this car lot on 840 South Ave in Plainfield, NJ, (the owner is an older guy tall with black dyed grey hair and the creepy mechanic is am older lLatina man, this is how you will know this is the location. Do not test drive with the mechanic) several times and last week decided it was time to make a final decision on which car to purchase. Well, I asked the owner if I could test drive the vehicle. And, he responded, "sure, just wait for the mechanic to chaperone you while driving the vehicle. When the mechanic joined me in the car, it began as a simple introduction and I proceeded to drive out of the car lot driveway and headed onto the street. As I started driving, the mechanic complimented me and started caressing my right arm and shoulder. I immediately made a sharp "U" turn back to the dealership. I put the car in park and ran inside the office shaking like a leaf and yelling for the owner to keep the creepy mechanic away from me. The owner chaperoned me instead. He only offered $200 dollars off the sale of the car and a mild apology! Please, all women bring a man with you if you visit this car lot!

M & R has been a fabric in my life for well over twenty years. They have serviced three generation of my family. My daughter my nephew and grandson.. it’s safe to say they’ve been a cornerstone of my being. I’ve had the pleasure of working with the family and staff. However I never felt like a customer, more like family.Anthony (Ant) had big shoes to fit and super exceeded that footprint!I purchased well over 10# car and that’s being modest. Not say this is the only dealership I purchased from…. However the only one I keep return too. Asking yourself why? They service with a heart, honestly no trickness . M & R has serviced me thru my ups and down never waiving from their core value.**** If I could give #100 stars it still wouldn’t be enough!****Love always lil Lady T

This is my second purchase at m and r auto . I bought my first car almost 7 years ago and it is still running fine and has no issues . Such a great place to do business at . Family owned and the staff is very friendly . I am happy with my recent purchase as well . Frank was very helpful along the process . Would definitely recommend .
