We love sending our little one here. The staff are so kind and loving! Our baby loves going to daycare and sometimes doesn't even want to go home at the end of the day.

*Ammendment...After my initial review (below) I was contacted by 9am, the next day by the Director. I was asked if I could come in. I agreed.Upon arrival both the Director, Ms. Isa and Asst. Director, Ms Aisha greeted me. We discussed at length my concerns and both these women expressed their ability to relate as mothers themselves.I was allowed to review the video of the day in question and saw that my son was left unattended for less than 1&1/2 hrs but still entirely too long. They agreed. What has impressed me the most was the prompt response, appearance of concern and professionalism expressed in wanting to rectify a situation that should have never happened.I was told the Teachers would be spoken to and retrained where necessary (I'm hoping they were). In summary, because of the way my son and I were quickly taken care ofI have changed my rating and we will continue to attend Kiddie Academy.(Original) I have my child currently enrolled at Kiddie Academy. This experience is current; it happened just today, 8/31/2023.I haven't had the opportunity to see how the school will handle as the director and assistant director were already gone for the day but I have had the opportunity to see what is considered qualified as it relates to the teaching staff. So basically my little baby was left in a highchair for well over 1 & 1/2 hours. He wasn't being fed but just locked and trapped inside of it for what could only be assumed was to be kept out of the way so he wouldn't be an inconvenience to the leader of this classroom (Ms. Trinity) that continued to walk passed him cleaning and handling the other babies as if he simply wasn't there.Kiddie Academy does provide video but they do not provide sound to the video so I could see my son crying and wriggling around in discomfort but i couldn't hear if she was saying anything to him.Once I realized how long he had been sitting there and I could see his discomfort I jumped in my car and headed there (I wanted to more so see them organically than call ahead). Just before I arrived Ms. Mary, the teacher my son is drawn to and who I believe was not before in the room (there was someone else in the room, sitting out of view and while I'm not 100% sure I don't think it was her) removed him from the chair and began changing his clothes. When I arrived I was told that he was spitting out his food so it got all over him. Ok...so he was being a baby (not even yet 1) and was left in his wet dirty clothes for what seemed like almost 2 hrs to me (I was on my computer and would check in on camera occasionally). When I confronted Ms. Trinity she said when the babies do something like that she usually let's them sit for 5 minutes. 5 WHAT??? He had been sitting there and sitting there and sitting there and NO ONE checked on him or helped him. This does not end here and I hope that Kiddie Academy regains my trustI will additionally say, in roughly the 3 months that my son has been attending this school, that after his adjustment period of getting used to this new situation every time I put him in Ms. Trinity's arms he screams his head off. When I put him in the assistant teachers arms Ms. Mary (the person to me that seems to have a true natural ability with these babies and who should, if anyone be the head teacher) he is completely quiet and at peace (I've even mentioned to Ms. Mary that I noticed that he flocks to her - she remembers I'm sure). When I expressed my concern to Ms. Trinity over the time she left my son in that highchair she simply said, "well I don't keep track".These people log every meal, every diaper change and poop, take pictures from the day and let me know if he napped.I call bullsh*t!To the Director, Ms. Isa and Assistant Director, Ms. Aisha (and the Owner, if you get a moment to read this) I wish you a wonderful labor day weekend and I will be looking forward to speaking with you next Tuesday morning on the above matter and how hopefully you can ensure nothing of its kind ever happens again to my

My family is so happy we chose this place as a daycare. We get pictures and updates throughout the day and our child is always having fun, learning new things and comfortable with the teachers.

This daycare is amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. All three of my kids attended Kiddie academy. Two of them who are still at the school look forward to going there every day.For the parents whose kids are new to daycare/school, you need not worry, for your kids will be safe and secure there. Kids who may be apprehensive at first will quickly adjust, as the staff will lovingly reassure them every day. It’s a relief to me as a mother to know that when I drop them off every morning- they will be well taken care of & Of course the best PRO is you can login live and check up on your little ones all day!The director Isa is so focused and appreciative of each child’s well being & each parents peace of mind! If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!

Both of my daughters have been attending Kiddie Academy since they were a little over one year old (they are 3 and 4 now) I must say since I learned about this school, it has been nothing but an amazing experience for both my kids and I. I would like to thank Ms. Isa for being so helpful when it came to finding the right class/teacher for my children. The tour she gave us when we first stopped in was nothing but amazing!! Also, I can not forget to mention about the curriculum being the best. My kids learn so much and are way more focused now when it comes to their school work. I can definitely see the difference throughout the years. I just absolutely love this school and the staff! Thank you Kiddie Academy.

My daughter started school here last month and she loves it. All the teachers are so kind and caring and I couldn’t ask for a better experience as a parent. Ms. Isa the director is always so helpful and kind.

Wanted to bring my baby for day care, but NAHWhen you call they insist on a tour (10-3 not good for employed parents), ok cool.Schedule the tour (I was accommodated for 5:30-6), arrive, and I'm told the director Isa isn't there (had a meeting that ran over blah, blah, blah) and could I reschedule....NO.A very sweet teacher gives me the tour and I love the building. So I ask about doing an application so we can be on the waiting list. Now the teacher becomes lost on what to do. Guess who pulls up as we're finishing up. THE DIRECTOR. Ok so maybe she can complete things. NOPE. Teacher asks her about the application (in Spanish), she responds there's no application (in Spanish) and continues to rush around, but never comes in her office where we're waiting. So the poor teacher then had me write my info on a notebook because Isa "had to go" and they'll reach out/send me the info. As we're leaving I take my time and thank the teacher for her help. Isa stood at the desk and did not acknowledge us at all! Didn't apologize for being late/not showing up, not so much as a "I'll reach out later" or "have a good night".... NOTHINGIt's been a week no call, email, text, or anything.Just sharing my experience, hopefully other potential applicants will have a better one than me.

The worst!!! Parents beware! They don't deserve the 1 star I gave them. They should be embarrassed calling themselves a learning center. The most ghetto whole in the wall. Teachers have no experience with childeren. Save yourself the frustration and the money. Your kid will literally learn NOTHING! THE SCHOOL IS GARBAGE!

My son has been in Kiddie Academy pretty much his whole life since 6 weeks old. I truly believe they do the best to their ability to take care of my son and give him a lot of love.

I absolutely love Kiddie Academy of Watchung Square. My son has been there for over 2.5 years and I have no complaints. They are convenient, affordable and above all professional. All the staff I have met are wonderful and very helpful. Whenever I have an issue I can easily speak to the director and have it resolved/addressed. My 3 year old is spelling and adding, which amazes me. Grateful for all they do, everyday.
