I recently visited Global to buy out the lease on my vehicle. I had an great experience working with Maya H. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every step of the process clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Maya's friendly demeanor and expertise made the entire process enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning to Maya for my next vehicle purchase.

Horrific experience. Car was towed in due to a coolant boil over, they quoted me $1800 saying i needed a new water pump, i asked if my water pump was still spinning to which they said yes, i said to just replace the drive belt and see if that fixes the issue and they refused. I asked if they did a pressure test to check if the pump was in fact leaking and they said no, and that they wouldn’t do it. They refused to cover it under warranty citing “outside influence”. Car sat there a month while they failed to deal with insurance, it’s as if they’ve never dealt with an insurance company in their life. Service managers used slurs on the phone and were aggressive throughout the entire process. After a month i had it towed to an independent shop and they ran a pressure test, not a drop leaked. Replaced 2 belts totaling $80 and another $125 in labor and problem was fixed. Dealer wanted $100 per belt, they cost $40. They wanted $459 for the pump, it costs $200. They charged me $200 for a diagnostic fee before i could tow it away, keep in mind they did 0 diagnosis. Horrible horrible experience.

Run in the opposite direction of this place. I would not recommend service or sales and it doesn't matter which brand you are buying from Global. All employees are not nice or helpful. There are many choices out there. Go to a place where they actually treat with kindness and respect. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. They are surely ripping you off and treat you like you are scum of the earth

Horrible front desk girls. Waited 40min just to meet the salespersons with no seats to wait. Managers are so rude with numbers. Never buy or recommend this dealership they try to cheat on every single step they could in the paper work process. Be aware.

I visited them on Saturday and the sales person I met was really good and even informed about the special APR offered by Hyundai dealership. They are interested in listening to the customer and their counter offers and try to work on the prices.
It was good experience overall.

Walked in tonight at 658pm, was told by the girl at the front desk to sign in and that I probably wouldn’t be helped because they close in an hour, and went right back to her cell phone. Meanwhile, 4 men were standing around chatting next to her. All we wanted to do was look quickly at a Palisade and come back tomorrow for negotiations. I hate to rate a one star based on a quick visit, but nothing else mitigated otherwise. And to boot, no text or phone call after we left.

I have bought 10 cars at this dealership. Despite that they make negotiations difficult. I have had major problems with the paint peeling on 2 of the Elantras. There is a class action suit but they make it super difficult to get it resolved. On the Sorento I bough there was an issue with the gas mileage and a class action suit. There too it was difficult to get the dealership to comply. In the Service department - the Service Manager is never reachable. Some of the reps are good but there is a rude rep who is not helpful. I feel like the good employees don't stay long. I am done with Hyundai. The dealership is poorly run, no investment and the experience is poor.

This place IS BEYOND AMAZING! I just went through 2 lemon cars in a matter of a few months. Today I had to get get rid of my last vehicle and I decided to stop here to see how they could help get me into a new one. The very same day they put me in a car in perfect condition. The people here are very understanding and will take their time to help you to get into your next vehicle ! Going here is your best option!

Been calling for a while (6 months) now to get my gap insurance cancelled. The agent who sold my car to me hasn't cared to responded to my emails. I've left multiple voice messages. Nobody gets back to you. Willing to take this review down after I get SOME service. I get you're not getting any money out of me, but I was a paying customer when I bought my car from you. I'm not asking for any favours - just do your jobs.

Worst customer experience ever! I went for an oil change as I had 3 curtesy services from Hyundai dealership. Dropped my vehicle in the morning and they called back in a couple hours and said it’s ready. I went there around 5 pm just to find that they only performed an audio update! I asked the person in charge what happened, what communication went wrong, coz I wanted an oil change. His answer was that it was a busy day and he could schedule an oil change for tomorrow if I need. I took a $30 Uber to get there and I needed my car for the next day. I was extremely disappointed how they handled it. I came out to the service area to pick my car, a guy casually pointed the parking area and said my car is parked out there (I saw they bring the vehicle to the customer usually). Despite all the unpleasant experience I had the manager was worried that I may pick up their paperwork related to the service. Never ever going there again! Finally, I got my oil changed at a near by location in like 10-15 minutes.
