Purchased tires in-store, was promised I would be called when tires arrived at the tire center, never got a call. Had to call and check to find out tires arrived and was sitting there for over 4 days. Scheduled an appointment for the installation, dropped off the vehicle was again told I would get a call when the vehicle was ready, no call.

I had never bought tires from Costco but stopped in yesterday just to see what they offered. I was able to get a full set of 4 tires, mounted and balanced in the price range that I was looking for. The entire staff was very friendly and proffessional. Plus the tires came with a good warranty and additional benefits. The entire process took about an hour and a half. Not bad at all. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Great Place to get Tires! You can't beat the prices. If you would like to pay a lot more for your tires go to one of the local dealerships nearby. You will pay almost twice as much

The Tire center is extremely disappointing , I went there to fix my flat tire, Mr. Omar said he can’t do it without an appointment. I went to Union Costco and get it fixed.

My experience with Costco Tire was extremely disappointing. First, I had an appointment to install four tires, but the installation took a frustrating 4 hours, causing me to miss my appointment. The staff's attitude was quite unpleasant throughout the process.Later, I had another issue with my car, which had two nail holes in one tire. Despite a repair attempt, I still felt the need for a new tire. I called the store and was informed that they had the tire in stock, and no appointment was needed. So, I drove my car to the North Plainfield store. However, my experience there was far from pleasant.The employee, an older gentleman, was unhelpful and impatient. He inquired about "pots" for the tire replacement, assuming I knew what that meant since I drove a Tesla. I was puzzled as to what he meant and, because of this, he refused to help me, stating that I should know about these "pots." It was frustrating, as all I needed was a tire replacement, and it seemed unreasonable to expect me to know about these "pots."When I asked if any nearby Costco stores had both the tire and the necessary "pots," he told me there was one two hours away that had them. I was barely able to reach their store, and I found it unreasonable to expect me to drive another two hours. The whole interaction left me feeling that the employee was unkind and unhelpful. My advice would be to stay away from this Costco Tire location, as the level of service does not match the standard of service I expected from Costco.

Costco really scrapes the bottom of the barrel with some of their hiring choices. Returns desk employee was nasty and unprofessional. She also worked at a snails pace. It's not my fault Costco regularly sells moldy produce that goes bad well before the best buy date.

Used to love this store, but now I am tired of getting harassed by the phone sales people every time I enter the store. If I keep going to costco, it will be to Bridgewater. When I told the sales person I was not interested, he continued to push me to tell him which company I have service with. When I told him to please stop, he yelled sarcastically from 50 feet away that they would be there for me when I was ready. It was thoroughly embarrassing.

The option there has the rudest clark ever.She ordered my 11 years old daughter to open her eyes on the machine in a harsh way.I went to stand near my daughter.She ordered me "GO SIT ON THE CHAIR"I said I want to stand by my daughter.She yelled at my daughter " GO SIT ON THE WAITING CHAIR". And she let another client in.She doesn't wear a name tag, so I asked her what's your name. She refused to say her name and said go complain to Costco.As a Costco client I think I should not be treated that way.That was on: June 9th 2023, 2 pm shift.

This review is in regards to the gas station. I come here at least once a week to fill up. I always get here just about 6 o'clock in the morning. I will have to say that when Ken is working, everything runs smoothly you're in and out really fast. He really hustles every morning has everything is ready to go when customers start lining up. Costco truly has a great employee when it comes to Ken he's very prompt. Works very hard and makes it an easy transition to get out of there quickly especially for those who are traveling to work. when he is not working I can say the other guys like Tim who do not work nearly as hard as Ken does. There are always long lines they start late by the time you can start getting gas. It's about 10 after six and they move slowly. You truly have to value those employees who make pure initiative who are on time to work and have dedication to their job. There are not many people out there that do that.

Technician is rude. Scream at me: Is this your car? We do not like being stared at.... ..while I was waiting for my 4 tires balance and were standing across their shop. Quality of service dropped quick when no one cares about customer service. The only terrible experience with Costco after 11 years plus membership. NEVER visit North Plainfield Tire Center again!!!!!!!!!!

Good selection and excellent prices on tires. Did not try to upsell me. Even suggested that I could probably wait a few more months before I buy the tires, but I bought the set now to avoid problems down the road. Previously bought a car battery here, too. Only drawback is they don't do alignments.
