They take their own time to attend the customers.

Very bad customer service, my card was stuck in the ATM and the only thing a girl told me, call if you want the card ?... it means that in an emergency they won't help you, very bad service

My wife waited for an hour to tell me she was going to come another day. Difficult to open an account. I couldn't online or in person.... Terrible
