I've had positive experience everytime I've visited the branch. Whether it's a personal or business transaction, the staff and management are able to assist. Especially, Diana is always helpful and nice.

I recently visited this bank to exchange some coins, and while Mike, one of the attendants, was exceptionally patient and friendly, I was disheartened by the behavior of his coworker. The coworker made dismissive remarks, implying that Mike shouldn't bother assisting customers like us. Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the bank's reputation. Mike efficiently managed three clients while she was still assisting one, so she should be mindful of her remarks. Customers should feel valued and respected at all times, regardless of the nature of their transaction.

i went recently to use the drive up atm and they were going to charge me $3 dollars to use ATM. I have BOA , why are they charging to use an atm??? Had to park and use the one inside.

This post deserves a 0 star. I've been a long time customer of BOA for 20 years. My boyfriend needed to open a checking account, so we thought BOA would be perfect. We go to this branch to open an account. First, the woman that saw us and asked what we needed looked hesitant to even help us. When we told her what we need, she said they were helping their last customer for the evening (despite still have a half hour until closing) and we could make an appointment. She said no one would be available until the 3rd week of December to make an appointment. I clarified that this was simply to create a checking account and she repeated they would be unable to help until the 3rd week of December. This was completely unacceptable that a bank was so unwilling to help, especially one I have thought so highly of. I expect way better quality, professionalism and customer service than this. Shame on BOA...

Not a helpful bank at all. This isn’t even my bank but a family members. We have spent hours of our lives at this bank, they are not interested in helping and always state they are too busy. They even send you to other banks which overall are much better locations. If you can avoid going to this location. Save yourself some grief and headache with their lack of customer service and absurd wait times. A bank should never treat their customers how they do here. I have seen multiple people leave here screaming in rage from their lack of being helped so I know that it isn’t just us.

I come in every week to withdraw, and it’s always the same issue low in staff you have to wait 30-45 mins in line because the girls are very slow and always walking out. Very bad customer service, low experience employees and the manager can’t even say! I just gave 1 start so it could of have let me post my experience! Im considering changing banks. This people don’t do anything to improve costumers service or hire more staff…
