I was trying to pull out of the parking lot and they were unloading a delivery. I went to the employee helping with the delivery and ask how long they would be. They said 10 minutes and I told them I had to get out because I had to be somewhere shortly. The employee blew me off. This is a terrible representation of this company. If this is there way of dealing with people DINT USE THEM.

We bought our bathroom vanity at Anew. Great selection, great quality and knowledgeable staff with great interior design sense. Just as important, customer service is fantastic. Had a problem with a door hinge on vanity a year after buying and the responsiveness and resolution was immediate. Outside this one hinge, the vanity is of amazing quality and I would not think twice about going back to Anew and getting another piece by same manufacturer.

I would not purchase from this store ever again. Where to begin.... Firstly, they offer a whole room discount that wasn't offered to me upfront until I was ready to walk away for being too expensive. Secondly, their communication is horrible. I don't blame them for supply chain issues per se (we ordered the room in Dec 2021 and we didn't get the last parts until late July 2022), but they shouldn't be recommending suppliers with known significant delays, or let clients know that everything should be in "2-3 months" if that will be nowhere near the situation. Most importantly, when we took the main delivery and had to pay the remaining 50% balance due, they did NOT inform us that nearly 1/3 of the items were still missing! It wasn't until my contractor was ready to start installing that became apparent. Yet they had my full payment and seemed annoyed with us every time we called to check on the status of the remaining bathroom items... Which we were told for the last 2 months would "be delivered in the next week or so". Long story short... Find somewhere else to shop if you're redoing your bathroom or kitchen!

Excellent showroom with lots to choose from. We can't say enough about Judy. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for. It can be overwhelming but she was great in helping us narrow down our choices and made the process that much easier.

Judy was extremely patient and helpful to make sure our project got completed on time and at our price point. She even went above and beyond to make sure that I was truly getting the best price against even Amazon. She is simply terrific!

Recently purchased a kitchen faucet and sink. We had dealt with Vicki many years ago during a two bathroom addition and were very pleased with the results. We were serviced by three individuals during our purchase. The salesperson appeared to be bored with our purchase and eventually handed us off when the order was to be completed. The faucet and sink were promised within one weeks time. After a while, Over two weeks time, we called and the sink had "just arrived" and would be delivered. Upon arrival by the delivery man we were advised that the sink grid was backordered. This had not been mentioned during our conversations with the sales staff. In the ensuing months there has been no follow-up from the sales staff until we called again and were told that the grid had " just arrived" again. The quality sold by this organization is outstanding however I cannot recommend a sizable purchase with this level of customer care. The salesperson appeared to be more interested in another couple who walked in behind us and ditched us as soon as possible.We were only buying a "basic sink".We are planning a large renovation at our shore house and unfortunately Anew will not be a part of this. Owner really needs to take control of their staff who was there.Follow up- grid was promised for next day delivery, so far no show. !!@Second follow up- So when our item did not arrive next day as promised I followed with the salesman who identified as Cleon. Apparently our sink grid is not available and a stopper was sent out via UPS. No ship date on the back ordered item, sink grid. Again, we were not advised during the ordering process that there was a problem with this item nor have there been any phone calls with updates. Very disappointed.Home Depot provides better customer service at 1/5 the price.Perhaps if I told him we were spending $40,000 again I would've Received the customer service we received last time.Update September 27, 2019. Followed with the vendor looking to complete our order which is the grid for the bottom of the sink. Obviously no action had taken place by Anew prior to our phone call and now they are conducting a "national" search (LOL) To find our grid which is reportedly an "in stock" item. I would give them negative stars at this point if I could.

Horrible Customer Service by Judy Rogoff & Delayed Delivery.I ordered a tub, toilet and all bath fixtures, faucet etc from Judy on 6/6/19 with a start date of 8/17/19 for construction to start. We scheduled delivery of tub and toilet for 8/9/19 while I was at the store on 6/6/19. I called Judy to confirm delivery on 8/6/19 to inquire about delivery time for that coming Friday and ask for an emailed copy of my invoice (they hand write invoices in the store). She assured me we were on schedule for delivery on Friday and sent me the emailed invoice. The next day 8/7 Judy emailed me stating the tub was damaged and she had other options for me. I called her as soon as I saw the email (3 1/2 hours later at 4pm). She had two other suggestions, one of which she talked me out of (a Kohler Undertone Tub) when I first came to the store on 6/6. When I asked if this option was available for my project that is scheduled to start on 8/17 she didn't know and had to call to find out (super annoying, she should of know this before saying she had a solution). The next day I get another email from Judy saying the back up option is in stock and did I want to proceed but that it was more money but they would cover the extra cost. I again called her. I asked her to explain why I couldn't get the original tub and how this issue happened. She said that the Oceania Pure tub I ordered comes from Canada and that the production was closed the week prior and they can't get another to them until Sept. I asked her how did this happen when I ordered this tub in June. She said it was sitting the warehouse but when she went to look at it (mind you she emailed me on 8/7 saying it was damaged) it was damaged. I said so you had it for awhile and never check it? She proceeded to ask me if I wanted to go with the Kohler as the back up, in which my response was I wanted the tub I had ordered originally. I also special ordered a drain in matte black with the Oceania tub and she didn't check to see if I could get this from Kohler as part of her solution in time for my 8/17/19 start. When she inquired, I couldn't. She also lied to me either when I first ordered on 6/6/19 or during this conversation b/c both tubs were the same price back in June and now the back up one was more expensive and they were covering it, I call BS. I told her I wasn't happy about this. She said she knew another place that carried the Oceania and I asked for the number. I called Hardware Design in Fairfield and Essie took care of me. They had the original tub I ordered in stock and honored the price I had purchased with Anew Kitchen and Bath. Essie had the tub delivered today and the delivery guy was super nice and helpful. Even opened the box, inspected the tub to make sure there were no issues and sealed it back up and wrote instructions on the top for the general contractor. When I emailed Judy to let her know I would not be going with her back up suggestion and only need the toilet delivered she again tried to change the delivery date from Wednesday 8/14 to Thursday 8/15. I responded to her that the original delivery date was 8/9 and then 8/14 and I was not changing it again. I called on 8/13 to pay my remaining balance and asked what time delivery of the toilet would be on 8/14. Judy told me it would be at the store at 11am when it got to the store they would call me when on their way. At 1:15 I called the store and Judy was not available. Another gentlemen came back and said the toilet was not at the store yet. I asked him when it would be and he had to call the warehouse to check. He later called back and said it would be at their store within an hour and then out for delivery. The toilet was delivered to my house at 2:45pm. I will never shop at Anew Bath and Kitchen again. A friend of mine was recently referred to by her Designer to them and I suggested she go to Hardware Design instead.

Elegant and beautiful pieces with professional and courteous staff. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. My husband and I decided to renovate our kitchen and bath. This has become a huge undertaking. I’ve searched for months to find beautiful and unique kitchen and bath fixtures but it seemed to me that I was spinning in a circle as everyone has the same products. I was then referred to ANEW kitchen and bath in North Plainfield, so I thought I would take a look. This place is by far unique as they have quality products that fits everyone’s budget. Vicki helped me pull together beautiful pieces that will definitely compliment my kitchen and bath. I met with Vicki a few times to finalize my selections. She took her time to show me “a lot” of selections but I never felt rushed or put off. She truly is a professional. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for quality and style to shop at ANEW. We will be long time customers. Thank you Vicki!
