Is this a gas station ???? Been here 3 xs and waited at the pump and NO ONE comes out EVER!!!!!!! I’d rather drive to another store than to give 711 any of my business , especially since I have to go elsewhere to get gas .

Every store give a free donut when you purchase a large coffee, in this they has been refusing to follow the promotion, I tell the associate that in every store does and he said " Well Not here"... I will never comeback to this spot, is not the firs time here I had sort of disappointment, Customer service has has a lot to improve.

Espresso machine hasnt been maintained well for months, and currently the machine is actually down but manager doesn’t post any signs about the machine being broken and whenever asked for an update he doesnt know anything it seems.

Let me be clear, I have not once entered this actual 7-11, I have only ever gotten gas here, but because of the service, I will continue to. The gas attendant here, I believe her name is spelled Yvonda, is just an absolute gem. There's gas stations nearby where I live with cheaper rates but my partner and I have gone the extra mile literally just to be around her, talk to her, and enjoy her company. She's personable, funny, reliable, and relatable. Just the other night while working the gas pump she told my partner & I a story about her own partner and going to the gym, maybe it's not hilarious when I write it out that way, but it was a riot in person, let me tell you. If you're reading this, and maybe you're on a trip late at night, or maybe you're local and your car is running low. I'm telling you this is where you wanna, who you wanna meet, and where you'll want to be going forward. Maybe I sound like I'm blowing it out of proportion, but also, maybe, she just left that good of an impression.

I went in to this store a couple weeks ago it began when I was greeted at the door by one of the employees and started on my favorite an iced coffee and the only employee that welcomed me came up to me again and started a conversation and eased the awkward tension I got when walking in from the ugly stares I got from the other employees as if I wasn’t welcomed in their public establishment however, the man told me his name was “Santos” and he offered to “make my coffee much better” I agreed and he proceeded to add whip cream caramel and chocolate into my coffee he made jokes and made my experience much much better the coffee was delicious and so I had to go back a couple days ago to which I got the same treatment from “Santos”. He is very nice, respectful, funny, and kind. I will definitely be coming back for coffee and other delights in the future. This store needs more employees like Santos.

Horrible customer service…they do not have a gas station attendant..I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by going back multiple times over the last few months and they can’t get it together…the counter guy told me they don’t have a gas station attendant because it’s not in their budget..then why have a gas station?

The manger is rude, rude to his employees. Every time I get gas I have to wait for more than 10mins because the gas attendant is inside helping with the store. Which doesn’t make sense it’s a new store, they should have enough people. They need to have a steady person outside doing gas. I will be calling the state on this place .. Very unprofessional
