Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!!! They go by the name Rock Tops now but same owner and same location, I found it strange the invoice had Rock Tops. Why after 20 years in buis?? After reading the reviews and my now my own experience I would want to change my name too! Once you get past the smell of dirty ashtray you will be greeted by Danielle, she seems friendly enough at first. It was a very rushed process with no explanation of anything (red flag #1). They gave a better price than other places (red flag #2) I later found out the quartz was the made in China kind...that was why there was a price difference (red flag #3) I asked about the sink, it was included and having a 27" base and my current sink being 25" I assumed it would be the same. I was at work when the installation occurred (which was over a 2 week wait so I was without a sink and countertop). My husband was there but is clueless. They asked us to pay cash (red flag #4). When I got home I immediately noticed how ridiculously small the sink was (I measured it at 20") Its under a large window and sitting above a 27" cabinet. My bathroom sink is bigger!!! I immediately called and spoke with Danielle, she was very dismissive and claimed that is the standard. I told her it is at least 5 inches smaller than my previous sink. She said she would call back, I waited and never heard back, it was getting close to closing so I called her again. She gave me a song and dance and "promised" she would call me right back after speaking to the "foreman". I wasn't surprised when I never heard from her. The following day I called again....nothing. I finally get her and she says she will send someone with other sinks I can see. I rush home from work and get someone to pick up my kids, he comes and has 1 sink that is bigger than the cabinet itself?! What was the point of that?? They must really think I'm an idiot, thanks for wasting my time. I called again and left a message, no return. I called again the next day and now Danielle is not as nice and puts me on speaker, Rock Top or Stone N Counter only carries 2 sink sizes. So in 20 years they have only installed a 20" sink or a 28" sink THATS IT!! They take your cash, give you the crappiest quartz and cheap out on the "included" sink. I WOULD RATHER EAT THE MONEY, HAVE ANOTHER COMPANY TEAR THAT CRAP COUNTER OUT AND REDO IT BEFORE EVER DEALING WITH THEIR BULLSHIT AGAIN. I wish I had went with the company on Goffle Rd. My mistake! Thanks for ruining my kitchen Rock Top or Stone N Counter or whatever name you go under!

Our countertops were GREAT, reasonably priced and always received WOW from guests. We moved, we're doing a new Kitchen and S-N-C was our first call!

Our kitchen had an under counter stainless sink attached by these fine folks THREE YEARS ago when they supplied my quartz counter tops. The sink somehow came loose, I called Danielle, and she immediately sent over Freddy who fixed it as good as new, for FREE!! These folks stand by their work 100%. I would refer them to anyone who needs this type of quartz or granite work done. Who else would do this THREE YEARS later? Thank you Stone-N-Counters...

John was very unprofessional, he gave me an attitude from the start. The girl who took my original order is no longer with them, so they lost my orfer info. On the day they went to fabricate, Danielle called and said that I was on for an install but she didn't know for what. Danielle was probably picking up the pieces from the other mistake. She did rope it all in and get everything square for the fabrication. Then 150 dollars later I find out they do t install the small pieces because it's. It worth it for them. Almost a week later when I called to Che k on the status of my order, they no longer knew what color or anything about my order, because the girl who was fired was to blame. If I didn't call over there today I would have still not had an order in. When I tried to explain my dissatisfaction of how it was handled John was rude and completely dismissed all that was done wrong on their end. He was more focused on looking cool in front of his employees by making jokes toward me. I would never use their service again and you should be careful when choosing them.

John is so unprofessional and rude. I am a designer for a Construction company and Work on multiple jobs every month, was looking for someone local but I will never use them again. Not only did the woman not put in my order but when John got on the phone he suggested that he give back my money and not fabricate the granite. Instead of trying to fix the problem his simple fix was to give my money back when I was upset. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

John and Anitra are absolutely amazing to work with. Their suggestions, inventory and most important: prices, turn around time and precision and quality of work are second to none. Do yourself a favor if you're looking for countertops: shop around and then go see John. It was the single best decision my wife and I made of all the vendors we worked with when we built our house.

Can't speak on their product or service because I can't get past the cigarette smell of their office!! It smelled like everyone who worked there smokes 5 packs a day non-stop with the windows closed. I stepped into their office for less than 2 minutes and both my hair and clothing smelled of cigarettes. I don't think I would even be able to stand being in there for long enough to sign a contract. And for anyone wondering if this was a one-off situation, I had stopped by there 3 months prior and it smelled the same. I stopped by again thinking I would give them another chance, but no deal.
