I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person in my life. I hired them to create my legal website which was so supposed to take 4-6 weeks to get done and complete. After 3 months, it still was not done due to so many excuses and then I was told by him they would not finish it. I was accused of not providing them my changes I wanted to the website which I had documented in several emails. I had to constantly follow up to see where they were on my website and they continued to not respond quickly, but left me hanging for days. I was told they would work on my website until I was happy with it. At the end of 3 months it was a complete mess and all of my specific changes were never all made.The quality of my website was horrible. I was so upset and at a loss. I had lost potential income from clients because I had no website to direct them to. If I could rate this company at a zero, I would. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I've ordered from High Mountain Graphics SEVERAL times. From business cards to brochures – I have loved their work and will continue to use and recommend them! The quality and turn over time is outstanding and any assistance I've needed from customer service has always been an absolute pleasure.
