The mechanic technicians are highly skilled at servicing our Mercedes Benz both scheduled maintenance service and service repairs . They order Mercedes parts and their pricing for service is trustworthy and transparent. If the service is outside their expertise they are honest it about and refer you to the Mercedes dealer for example I needed front Mercedes tire pressure sensors . I told Mercedes dealer exactly the service that was needed. Thank you Dave for your honesty and integrity!!”

“UPDATE:
I called them and was asked to bring the vehicle back which I did. They replaced the wheel trim and cleaned the inside of the car. Therefore I'm changing my review from a two star to 4. Will not give 5 stars because I shouldn't have to call to complain. But with that being said they addressed the problem, so all is good.
Initially I had left a nice review without taking a close look at the car...yes my mistake. But now that I looked at more closely I'm changing my review to a two star rating due to how filthy they left the inside of the car.
And a few days later the wheel well trim is popping out. Yes, I will call them ..”

I called Frank, and he was very courteous and professional in regards to what I needed, as well as suggestions for making the replacement last. Made the appointment, he came by the next week and did the replacement with the van in the driveway. Cleaned up everything, and all looks like it was just installed at the factory. Reasonable pricing and phenomenal service.. what more can you ask for?”
