I appreciate the prompt, polite, and pleasant service. Every staff member is eager to assist you. This location is well-staffed so that you barely ever have to wait. The manager Andre is fantastic and goes above and beyond to get you what you need. He packed an unwieldy mini-trampoline for me, even though I had to send it back via FedEx. I'm grateful for this location and for the professionalism and speediness of service offered there. My friends who live in the area agree that's it's a fantastic UPS store!

I went in today to mail 4 packages and was told I need to print labels for them,( which i didnt because i had the bar code to be scanned), they also said they need to be in a Amazon bag, well they didn't come in one. He just insisted I do his work for him. I realize they are having issues with computers but this didn't have anything to do with that. I usually don't ever have a problem with this store. So I went to Rio Grande and it was a breeze they took everything and gave me a receipt. Maybe NCM employees need to be retrained.

The best UPS store w/the most helpful people. Even helped me navigate my phone! Left my changepurse on the counter and she who is 8 mos.pregnant ran out to the parking lot to my car! NOW THAT IS SERVICE! Thanks Andre.
