This store is no longer at this location. The phone number works, although I have no idea where it is being picked up. I found it relatively easy to get a human to schedule an appointment but almost impossible to later reschedule or cancel this appointment. The phone number and web site make it difficult and time consuming, apparently by design, to get a human being for anything other than the initial call. Waiting for over 45 minutes to simply cancel an appointment is unacceptable. Also, having the next available appointment over 10 days in the future for a repair is unacceptable.

Germaine arrived when he said he would, began to work immediately and resolved what the problem was with my LG refrigerator very quickly. He explained what the cost would be to repair the freon leak but couldn't guarantee that was the only problem. We agreed that the refrigerator needed to be replaced. His entire appointment lasted less than 25 minutes. Thank you!!!

Germaine was very professional and told me what was the problem with the ice maker. I asked him if the ice maker doesn't produce ice after defrosting the line what happens next. He said call us back as you have 90 days warranty.

This place is an absolute joke! My grandmother purchased a set of four MayTag appliances here and scheduled delivery on Oct 18. She specifically asked for a refrigerator to fit a 33" space and the salesman sold her a 36" without telling her that it wouldn't fit in the space. Salesman are either not knowledgeable about their product or will do anything to make a sale. Then she noticed after she got home, the microwave she thought she had paid for was not on the receipt so she had to go back to the store and deal with a clueless salesman to make sure it was delivered. The items were delivered so late in the day even though it was supposed to be an early delivery (3P')that they had to come back to install the microwave. They also didn't have the bracket to hang the microwave when they first delivered. They were supposed to be here on Friday (the following day)to install microwave with correct parts and no showed. My grandmother had propane gas and told salesperson this and they didn't sell it to her at the store. Instead they put a kit on the truck and charged her cash upon delivery. All the install was paid cash while installing and seemed like prices were made up as they went. Sunday they were going to take down a wall to fit the oversized fridge she was sold. We were told 10a-11a and after waiting all day, we did not hear from them until 7-8PM after they told us 3 different times they were on their way from Cape May. We rescheduled for Wednesday at 3PM and then Thursday at 4PM. Both days were no shows and they blamed it on us not answering the phone. We are now going on a week and the job is not done. We've also noticed that the refrigerator did not have A water filter included so we ordered that today from Amazon. After multiple days of no shows and rescheduling, this has been an absolute nightmare getting these appliances installed. I highly recommend going elsewhere as today was yet another no show by these jerks. Highly unprofessional and have no concern for anyone else's time. I don't know how they stay in business; they really deserve to be out of business with how they treat their customers!

Sign says open at 9:00 am. No one there! Called the number. Mailbox is full, try again later. No way! I was going to purchase a $499.00 Kenmore washer this morning, but they lost my business. Not very good customer service! Was trying to support a local business, but if you can’t be bothered to open the store, then your loss!

In Cape May County, whatever you do, do not try to schedule service with Sears. They wasted two full days of my time when the technician was overbooked and couldn't show up. You can book the appointment online and check during the day to see when the technician will arrive. The first day, the time kept getting pushed back until finally at 6 PM I was told it would have to be rescheduled. So I had to drive down again the second scheduled appointment. Again, the time kept getting pushed back. At 4 PM, the 800 number called to say he would not be coming. When they try to reschedule with you, it is always at least 2 to 3 days later. I finally canceled. Again NEVER call them for service

Worst customer service. Employees are always rude when you ask a question. I Try to avoid going there for a simple part for a craftmans mower but it's a lot closer than some places. It always a hassle and a headache there. Do you self a favor and drive some extra miles to a different sears. This place is not worth your time. If I give a rating of zero stars I would for this place.

Where does one begin with a review on Sears? As so many people know their tools are are second to none. They're stand for very professional and knowledgeable. The warranty they carry on their tools is second to none. Almost every week I enjoy reading the specials they have a newspaper. Even when I go there I forget a part number they can look up my order history and help me. Make sure you keep your email and phone number current.
