They're slow to help you and took my mom there for a new debit card which they could've given her right there but now she has to wait 7-10 business days so now they lie to the customers need to find a new nucer better bank

The staff at PNC is very friendly and mostly helpful. But when it came to opening a special account they were not. I would not get return phone calls and left hanging. Time was of the essence for this matter & they wasted 2 weeks of my time. I took my business elsewhere and had the account opened in 1 day.

NORTH CAPE MAY - Every member is a reflection of the service provided. People make mistakes, and I had a bank teller error that the manager was supposed to resolve. She left it undone, didn't call me back after she offered to and still hasn't returned my follow up call. So, I had to get the problem resolved with another branch on my own and pay $$ for someone else's mistake. The mistake is not the issue, the lack of professionalism is a huge issue.

Very disappointed....their Branch manager is very rude and I guess doesn`t feel like working or just didn`t like me!?I went there just to deposit a check and she asked me why I don`t deposit it through my phone? I just said I like to come to the branch instead. After that she asked me for multiple verifications on the accounts (twice), for my debit card, photo ID (and this is just for deposit on a check in a checking account). I gave her my driver`s license she disagreed the address was not the same, I gave her my updated one but she disagreed again, because it had wholes on both sides (I updated my driver`s license just to show proof of address and they gave it to me that way).She told me that they are very precise on things like that and the whole experience just made me feel like I am some kind of criminal I guess...I do like everybody else, but I don`t think their Branch manager have the right to treat people like this especially when I choose to use PNC Bank and enjoy going inside the Branch!

On line it said lobby open to the public. Whe,n I went up to the door an employee came to the 2nd door that went to the lobby she asked what I needed,I told her I was there to make a deposit,She was very nice(this is my brothers bank) she asked if it was possible I go through the drive through I reply yes just needed a deposit slip.The people are very friendly.

Very frustrating. I lost my debit card while being low on cash until my next paycheck and they made it difficult to sort out and made me gave them my vehicle registration in addition to ID, and hassled me the whole time about it. And didn’t inform me of a fee I would be charged. Frustrating
