ATM is outside the bank is outdated, I put my card in to deposit check and the ATM hung and didn't return my card or check. And it started saying ATM out of service ?

I clearly don't get what Jason was complaining about, because they are awesome at this branch. I have never had any issues at this branch and I must say that everyone there greets you and assist you in a timely manner. I guess if Mr. Wang wasn't trying to pass some bad checks then he would have had a smooth and seamless experience.

Miguel Vilanova the recruiter was a complete incompetent employee. He acts like he's helping people, when in all actuality he's wasting your time. I wouldn't trust him to clean a toilet. If this is how you do business you should be ashamed. If I could give this location minus 800 stars because of him I would!!!

I have to say that every time I have used this branch, I have been greeted with extremely helpful people. The branch manager Amit R. is great to work with and has always exceeded my expectations.

This branch is by far the most incompetent and worst managed. As a former Wells Fargo employee I am embarrassed at how lazy the tellers are and how misinformed they are. 90% of my straight check deposits they cannot process but the other branches around can. They always find some excuse because they do not know or understand, and refuse to help. 20 minute wait times on a 2 minute process. Avoid this branch, avoid this bank. Im sure they'll find excuses and ways not to help you when they mess up.

I have banking with Wells Fargo for more than 4 years now, we moved from East Windsor to North Brunswick but North Brunswick branch was one of the worst banking experience I have ever had, they aren’t concerned at all about their customers time.

I am writing to commend an employee at this bank location. Ms. Megan Mayo greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile and helped me to gather information from my bank accounts. She destressed a very stressful moment for me with her kindness and efficiency. I had stopped in at another WF branch the name of which I won't mention and was treated by an automaton that refused to help me. Thank you so much Megan, your actions helped restore my faith in the banking community. You are the best!!!

This is my go to bank for my business and personal needs. The staff is always friendly and they make sure the job gets done correctly and efficiently every time. The bank is always clean and all of the employees are in good spirits, I highly recommend this bank to everyone in the area.

Poor service, went there to open an account , waited for 20 minutes to be seen , then was told by Amit the manager that I have to call for an appointment to open an account. Never use that branch again.
Other Wells Fargo branches have great CS, but that location , you can tell that it’s runnig poorly.

They opened a checking and a credit card card account without our knowledge. This is all part of the scam they did all over the country.

Everyone is always very welcoming and friendly. Branch manager, Amit is very kind and helpful. Most importantly, my daughter loves the lollipops so I'll continue to bank here.
