They need to let go of all of their older staff. They are extremely rude to customers and forgetful their dementia gets in the way of their productivity. The women here are super friendly on the other hand and very helpful and they seem to be just as bothered by the older folks that work with them.

Went to 2 out of 3 entrances to find a mobility scooter to use. Due to a broken foot, and all 5 were unplugged and not charged although the tags said they were. Walmart needs to do better.

This was a good pharmacy a short time ago, but they got new staff that is not professional. Add to that the pharmacy and the store are crowded.I think goin to Walmart at Piscataway is better.

Should be zero stars. I asked for help 3 times no one could answer my question. One employee ignored me and walked away. There are no check outs open. Only self checkout. You can not pay with cash only credit. What. The. Hell. Worst place ever.

Pro tip - park and enter on the Hobby Lobby side of the shopping center. There's slightly less traffic. The cash registers on that side are less busy too. This Walmart has been around for 20 years or more. It was always a large store, but they've expanded into the space previously occupied by other stores and now it's monstrous. It's hard to argue with the prices on some items, and they provide some services that are niche but essential for those who do need them (bill pay services, money orders, etc). Two things make visiting this store a nightmare. The parking lot is a chaotic warzone. Too many cars, lots of pedestrians, and only 1 entrance/exit make it a Frogger-esque obstacle course. There really ought to be a secondary exit to reduce the chaos as you head towards the traffic light. Like many Walmarts, lines to checkout are always horrendous. Now that they sell groceries too, it's only getting worse. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely long wait times in the checkout line. I look around and there are many lanes closed and workers are walking around doing nothing. It would be nice if the management at Walmart would make the shopping experience better for their customers. I will go to another Walmart next time.

WOW! I've been to Walmart's all across the country. This is the dirtiest, messiest, most unorganized Walmart I've even been too. I'm shocked! I will go to another town to go to Walmart. If I was the manager, I would be embarrassed. WOW!

Imagine this being a 24 hour walmart and the manager claims that they stop answering phone calls after 10 pm? So I drove an hour from home just to be told that they don't have my item!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager was also very unprofessional because he didn't care about what i was saying and kept smirking instead of providing me with customer service. This was a nightmare.

When I asked the staff where to get something they didn't hesitate. The store was sort of disorganized in the flow of foot traffic, even though there weren't many customers. The parking lot had plenty of space.

Listen here, if one of you do not pick up my calls I am going to make sure none of you have a job ever again. I was supposed to be refunded 30$. I have called over 50 times to discuss this. This store is straight trash and everyone that works here is so lazy. Once I get a hold of a manager I will make sure to mention everyone I spoke to who was too lazy to help.
