Let me add my comments to the hosts of negative reviews of this pharmacy. Last week I walked in and asked to make an appointment for a vaccine for myself and my husband. I was told to go to the website, they will not schedule any appointments in-person. (my old Stop n Shop always did it but they closed). Very inconvenient,but what could I do? So I went to website and scheduled this morning for 9 and 9:15 this morning. Upon arriving, the perso behind the counter looked at me and said Do you have an appointment? No smile, no welcome just a flat tone. Not friendly at all! But no one here is friendly.I waited, filled out paperwork and Forty minutes later was called to the desk and told an expected delivery of vaccine did not arrive so they could not give us the shots. What a waste of my time! Did they ever look the day before and realize they were out of vaccines? Did they ever think to call me and give me a chance to reschedule? NO! Where is the concern for the customer? Go somewhere else!!

I called for four days straight to get a status on my script, the phone rings and rings, the person may answer then put you on hold to then be hung up on. I finally had to drive to the store to try to get an answer. This will be the last time I use this pharmacy.

So I've lived near this Walgreens for 8 years. And there's a reason I still fill my prescriptions at my old pharmacy. They take forever to fill a script. Yesterday I was sick and waited 4 hours for my scripts. I don't know who runs this pharmacy but go somewhere else. And they now have a village medical center attached to the store. They are useless. It says 'same day appointment' right on the wall and yet when I inquired for my husband to be seen by a doctor that were all booked up. And so I requested a telemedicine and no one ever called. He wound up going to the ER which could have totally been avoided had I not been waiting for that call. Skip this place. And from now I'll I'll stick with my old reliable pharmacy.

Not only Is this pharmacy impossible to get through to, but when you do get through they lie right to your face! I spoke to a gentleman, wish I got his name, that told me my script would be ready Friday morning! Of course it’s not filled, then speak to J.J the manager who tells me she has to hang up with me because my “Dr Is calling right now”, another lie. Saw a “floater” pharmacist on Thursday that told me the man I spoke with was the manager and would be working Friday, another lie! There’s no man manager?! They tell you anything just to get rid of you!! No care or compassion to try and help at all!! Won’t call the Dr for you either, just let you suffer without your much needed meds! I’ve been in touch with the pharmacy all week so I’d have no problems today getting it filled only to be lied to by multiple people there and No one doing Anything to help! Horrible customer service!! Go elsewhere with your prescriptions!!! They are awful here!! There’s a reason they only have 2.6 stars!!!

Don't schedule vaccines with this pharmacy. I waited over half an hour for my scheduled appointment only to be met with a very rude pharmacist. My husband is still waiting for his and it's been 45 minutes past his appointment time

I scheduled the flu and COVID booster shots one week apart. Walgreens gives you the option to print out the vaccination consent form to complete at home or fill it out in the store. By all means fill out in advance of your appointment, I did so and got in and out within 15 minutes. The staff were very efficient and friendly, plenty of space to sit.

Pretty slow register staff and very rude. They didn’t accept my FedEx package even though I had a prepaid label and they are an official drop off location. Was told to drive to New Brunswick!

Horrible experience twice- once during a pickup and the other occasion was today on the phone. The dispensing folks run around like headless chickens( sorry about the metaphor, don’t take it personally please? ) when i came for a pickup. Today, i have been put on hold for 55 mins!! Transferred 3 times, still could not reach the pharmacist until she came on finally! She was helpful, but clearly the process is badly broken.

First of all, I would defer to calling this a "Pharmacy"...My daughter lives locally, I her Dad reside in FL... My daughter was struggling all alone with a case of Covid...I consulted with an online medical group whom specializes in Covid treatment...My daughter consulted with a DOCTOR whom after reviewing her symptoms wrote a Prescription...The staff of "amateur politicians" decided they did not agree with the prescription that was provided...They chose to obstruct my daughter's relief in every way possible. Even leaving another pharmacist on hold for over an hour obstructing to even transfer this prescription...If the staff of this Walgreen's would like to run for public office, fine...But your job as a pharmacy is to fill the prescription sent you by a licensed physician. For over 4 days they did this as my daughter's symptoms intensified...As a pharmacist, you failed...I'll give them a star for being a local dispensary of Tylenol and hemorrhoid creme. After 4 days of obstructing filling her prescription. Another local provider stepped in. Luckily for this establishment, after 24 hours after the prescription was filled, her symptoms have greatly improved...If you're looking to do business with a schill for BIG PHARMA, amateur politicians...Look no further...

In all due respect, you guys need to get your act together. I have come multiple times to pick up medicine only to come and have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes because someone forgets to refill one of the medications. I waited a long time before writing this review as I don’t like to complain but the lack of professionalism is incredible.
