Natasha is extremely rude, lacks professionalism and made excuses while taking my order because there was a customs form that had to be filled out that was going to take some time for her and stop her from clearing out! At the end of a 45 min ordeal, she still did not do her job. Steer clear of this branch if these are the employees they have.

Best post office ever. Easy kiosk. SWEETEST MAN EVER WORKS THERE. Just the absolute sweetest kindest most helpful guy. I had to write a review about him. He’s in the little side window area where u give packages. Did not catch his name. You are just the best.

Ive always had great experiences here. Ive bought stamps and sent packages, 70+ invitations, thank you cards, Christmas cards, passports. Always processed and delivered quickly. The team is very knowledgeable and does their best to assist you in a friendly way.

regular worker there refused to scan in 8 padded envelopes and just give a receipt. it would have taken him 3 min to do it. there was no long line , only 1 person behind me.

Kudos to Shivani at USPS North Brunswick. She did a great job in locating my package as well as figuring out why it is getting bounced between 2 states. she was Patient as well as Honest. She deserves to be a Rockstar Leader.

Customer service has seriously deteriorated over the years. Postage prices keep going up though. This office's window/live service now begins at 10:00 am - two hours later than they did at one point. Today, there was only one very slow attendant when they opened the door. 6 people were already waiting. She was also responsible for answering the phone. Then she announced there was an issue with the computer. She picked up, and started thumbing, her cell phone. There must have been 15 people waiting when I walked out.

The works here are super nice, patient and very informative. Every time I come in they always welcome me in a very professional way. These reviews are very misleading. This is by far one of the best post offices I have used.

The absolute worst Post Office! They lost my 23andme box and have never found it. I have a monthly package to be delivered to my home each month, they managed to deliver the first month and now my second package waits at there facility to only sit there. I have requested a second delivery attempt to be delivered on a scheduled day to not receive it once again! No one ever answers the phone, not even the operator!!
