This company is legit! They don't play games, and are honest, transparent, and open through the entire process. Which is very rare nowadays. The local mover they hired was best in class. Mike did a great job helping facilitate my estimate. Alex did a great job ensuring my move went smooth. Kudos to both of you!!

The team that he sent to move my belongings were very efficient, kind and respectful I would highly recommend US relocation and Chris HaroldChris what's extremely helpful and answered all of my questions he also kept me up to date on all aspects of the move.

Had movers assist me moving from SC to NC. The men were hard working, polite and professional. The final price was actually under the estimate by quite a bit (about 15%). Would highly recommend them again.

Found online and very satisfied with the speed of service and ease of coordination. Joe got me set up very quickly and was able to find a group to help me out in a somewhat remote location. US Relocations got to me much quicker about a quote and a moving team than any of the other sites I tried. Well done guys, keep up the good work!

My fiance and I moved on March 17th. The movers themselves were great. They finished moving our stuff ahead of the 5 hour target and were accommodating with how we can get our stuff moved and were very friendly and polite. I would give a 5 star review but the company asked for a revised agreement around 2 days before we moved and raised the estimated price significantly. We still went with them it was close to the move. The guy who worked with me on the phone(Chris) was good himself and was very respectful amd not at fault for any issues, but I would pause before moving with the company only because of the last minute price change they made.

Excellent service, fair rates, knowledgeable, friendly, and hardworking crew of 3!! I highly recommend this company. The truck was large & the crew wrapped furniture & not one thing was harmed. Very impressive.

Movers were prompt. Polite, and helpful. They performed as promised and except for not communicating load time a couple of days ahead of the move, I was very satisfied with the job. Chris was my move coordinator and was responsive and helpful.

This is the most dishonest company in the universe. The final bill was 5 times what was originally quoted. I contracted with them for an in-state relocation (about 60 miles). When I decided to pack myself to reduce costs, everything changed. I should have known better then - from change in packaging boxes to overnight storage, etc. I ended up paying $5387.50 for a 60-mile move. The dishonesty started with the storage charge of $250 to $300 but that was not a big deal, so I thought. Originally, the move was to happen on 1/31/24 but things changed and I had to move out on 1/30/24. They assured me that the only extra cost will be the overnight storage charge. They finished loading everything up around 8:00 pm on 1/30/24 and headed for their base in the Bronx. The next day when my belongings were to be delivered, I was told that they had to offload then reload the next day and so it is like 2 moves. I was charged an additional $2400 for this "second" move. They were hostile and threatening, refusing to release my belongings before the $2400 was paid. This is highway robbery at its worst. When I made the first payment, they wanted me to upload my driver's license and credit card information (which should have been a red flag). From the sales person (Jeff Thomas) to relocation coordinators Alex Murphy and Joe Eric, every one is a crook. STAY AWAY FROM THEM otherwise they will metaphorically hold a gun to your head and rob you in broad daylight,
