I usually go there to drop off my Amazon returns and everyone at the counter is extremely helpful. I am not sure of the person's name behind the counter, but no matter how many packages I have to return, he does it quickly and always with a smile on his face. I highly recommend this UPS Store.

11 customers 1 worker. To make matters worse, the employee needed to into the back multiple times. We all hoped a fellow employ would assist. It never happened. 2 people left including me. I’ll stick the the post office

It takes 25 minutes to return a no label no box package from Amazon. The line was outrageous. The crew at the counter are really slow. They don’t mind the line.

Went to drop off some Amazon returns with 5 different codes and not only did Umesh move the line extremely quickly (3 people in front of me), he made the returns quick and very painless. It took less than 10 mins from when I stepped into the UPS store to when I left. Very efficient and very pleasant! Must say BEST interaction I've ever had with any UPS personnel before.
