Been here three years & I LOVE this gym! An abundance of equipment with different variations, great vibes, very nice people in regards to the crowd, & more than enough space to maneuver without feeling like you’re on top of one another. Management is AMAZING as well as the owners!!

One of the best gyms you will ever train at without question. They have equipment here that you will only ever see in advertisements. Really friendly staff and the gym is maintained very well. They have MMA classes and full sized boxing ring, heavy bags, and an octagon. They have classes for every age group as well and a variety of cardio equipment. This is a must go if in the area and well worth to join if you live in the area.

By far my favorite gym in jersey, and really great value for the money. Open 24/7 during the weekdays, the staff is really nice, has all the equipment you can think of or need, and is super clean. The crowd that goes here is also really cool. I’d recommend this gym to anyone.

I spent 1 year at UFC North Brunswick and had to leave as I was moving to another state. I highly recommend anyone and everyone who are in proximity to the gym. This place provides such positive environment and helps one to become the best of their capacity both physically and mentally. The DUT , Boxing, Muy Thai classes are the best to make one understand that they have no limits. All coaches put their blood and sweat and lead by example. All staff is very polite and friendly. I highly recommend this place, go get your free trails and you will yourself resonate with what I am saying.
