Sunday 3/3 at 6:10pm, I called the store and the guy who answered said they were open for another 40 minutes (the store closes at 7pm). I arrive at 6:34pm and there were 2 employees (girl and guy) sitting doing nothing behind a locked door. They wouldn't give their names or the managers name/phone number, wouldn't even call the manager. When I mentioned I called, the guy claimed he never said 40 minutes. They said systems were shut down but all lights/phones/computers were on and clearly they answered the phone. Turned down a whole $900 purchase to be lazy. Do not go here if you actually want to be helped.

Literally the worst location. Like why are yall open? No floor reps help customers and are scared to have a conversation. All of your managers and associates need to be trained to have a simple conversation with customers. Trash people and service.

Worst authorized dealer location. No one was ready to help and provide service. All the people on the floor were making bunch of excuses to avoid doing work. Plus there were no other customer at the time I walked in. Authorized dealer and didn't have a single sim card available, really ? Avoid coming to this store completely if you need any help with your T-Mobile service.

I had an excellent experience at the T-Mobile store. The customer service was outstanding, and Bobby, the representative who assisted me, was incredibly helpful. I appreciate the level of service provided and would highly recommend this store to others.

The young Indian girl' there was rude and unfriendly and pushy. I went there to buy an iPhone for my daughter. But I couldn't tolerate the girl there and decided to go to another location.

Providing specific details and examples of the manager's poor response may help facilitate a more effective resolution.

If I could give minus star , I would give it. I went there to inquire about new iPhone promotion and the deal was not at all good so I just left the store without anything. Now, after a month I just received my T mobile monthly bill with the upgraded plan which I never signed up for.The store manager changed/upgraded my plan without my consent which is totally unacceptable. Please save your self a trip to this fraud store. Never going there ever again.

I got an upgrade with Kajal and Sunny and they were both very helpful in setting up my phone and telling me other things I can do. I recommend stopping at this T-Mobile location compared to others.

I’ve been a T-mobile customer for many years. I’ve been to others store and they’ve been very helpful but this store has been the been the worst. Sunny the store manager is very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He has no knowledge of what he is doing and doesn’t have any curtesy what so ever. Please save yourselves the trip and don’t come to this store. The other reviews are very accurate.

Came in for my birthday because I was buying a new phone after having an old one for so long and switching from verizon The girl at the front assured me that my bill would only be $90 and i repeatedly asked to make sure and set up auto pay They insisted that i take this mobile home internet shit with me even though i insisted that i already had wifi set up in my home and didn't need it they told me it was free and insisted on me taking it home so i was like whatever whole time their sneaky asses added it to my bill to be paid for every month! the shit is still in the box it hasn't even been opened at all. what a bunch of shady people to lie to my face after i ask a bunch of times how much my bill is gonna be and whole time you added an extra $30 to my monthly plan. I had to call customer service to get this rectified and to get my bill to the $90 it was supposed to always be at and to remove that device Word of advice is that if you want a trustworthy and seamless experience..maybe go to another location

A few weeks ago I came into figure out how to add my husband on the phone plan. I got confusing details previously from another store and we were unable to make the transfer easy. Kajol, this very helpful employee, helped us at this store. She was patient and gave us all the information on different things we could do. And in the end we added my husband with ease and he got a brand new phone for free part of the add a line, get a free phone deal which my husband was very excited about. He loved his new phone and was smiling all day long about it. Thank you for putting a big smile on his face and solving our problems. T-Mobile only works in our area and it’s inexpensive, which I love!
