This was the best hotel stay for me and my family. Their suites are comfortable and spacious. We only needed the space until our home renovations were done. And the time spent felt like a vacation thank you!

The AC and fan did not work in my room, when I walked in it was 80 degrees according to the thermostat. When I talked to the front desk about changing rooms
She stated housekeeping had gone home and there was no maintenance person on site. How can you expect your guests to stay in 80 degrees hot rooms in summer??? She also didn’t state what time anyone would come by the next day, nor offered any sort of compensation or amenities. Frankly just found it rude to not even acknowledge how hot 80 degrees can be in a space.

Staybridge Suites in North Brunswick is beautiful. I prefer to stay at this hotel every chance I get. Maria, the GM, is so welcoming along with Matt, Denesha, Edwin, Maria and the entire staff. My room is always clean and the food is just amazing.
Rooms: The rooms are spacious and very clean. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the housekeepers are wonderful.
Nearby activities: There are plenty of stores very close to the hotel
Safety: The hotel is in a very nice town and the hotel is very safe
Walkability: There are few restaurants very close to the hotel that you can walk to.
Food & drinks: Maria is the kitchen manager and prepares most of the meals. She is so nice and goes out of her way for all the guests, as well as a couple other women that work.

Room should be ready at 4pm for checkin but it is currently 4:39pm and the room still isn’t ready. I was told it should be ready in 15 minutes but that wasn’t true.

Ron smells of pets. Hair in bathtub. Too noisy on road side. Breakfast was skinny and running out. No toothbrush or toothpaste. RUDE MANAGER - MARIA
Rooms: Rooms are dated and dark. Pets go in every room.
Safety: Clientele is not great, Wales around without shirt and stares everyone
Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast was noon existent.

We had never stayed at any Staybridge hotel before, so I cannot compare, but this particular Staybridge hotel was wonderful.Easy check in and check out. Our suite, 407, was relaxing and spacious for my family of 3. The fridge and microwave where clean as were all the floors. Our queen size bed was super sturdy. As was the couch where I slept all night (my wife was putting the baby to sleep and while I waited in the living room I zoinked out on the couch). Rarely, have I been to a hotel where there was not some icky ramdom here on the toilet or the bathtub, but there was none here.The pool was perfect for my pool loving daughter. It ranged from 3 to 5 feet deep. She had a blast. The whirl pool was a nice touch, though a little small. My only complaint was that there were no pool towels in the morning. I liked that there was a bathroom in the pool area. If you know there's a bathroom nearby, there's no need to go in the pool. Just stating facts.The gym had all the machines working.Breakfast was hearty. And my picking wife complimented the freshness of the food.Everyone was cordial and polite.I highly recommend this hotel. And I will seek out other Staybridges when travelling with my gals.Rooms: Amongst the biggest compliments a Turkish woman can say about somewhere or something is that it is clean. My wife Turkish wife said, "This hotel is really clean." 'Nuff said.Food & drinks: A hearty breakfast was prepared. The standard eggs, bacan, and home fries, but really well prepared.

Not pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms. Room #1 smelled of fish even tho staff left the window open I guess to air it out before we arrived so we had to go get febreeze and glade plug ins. There were stains on the curtains and sofa. Also there were no bath towels in the room. Room #2 also had the window open to air out, a plug in I'm assuming was left by a previous guest because Room #1 did not have one, and there were tufts of hair like from someone's hair brush behind one of the night stands. It was a mediocre stay but at least the hotel was quiet and close to many stores and restaurants.

The stay was fabulous. The people werte wonderful and welcoming, the staff Chance and Donneisha was so nice helpful checking in and checking out. Chance went out of her way to make sure our experience was amazing and relaxing. The atmosphere was awesome. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was relaxing. Very clean hotel.

Put us in a damaged room where the door into the room wouldn't lock & the manager knew it...called back after speaking with the front desk at check in/out...the manager would never take my call... 09/20 - this hotel has reached out to me about my review & asked that I contact them. I will & certainly post the outcome of that...stay tuned in 09/23-these people r FAF, we called back as they encouraged us to do...the sales manager he was cool but the general manager was horrible she acted like we never contacted her...she said she never knew...well what a liar
