I had a wonderful experience at this store when I was purchasing a chair. Nena was very professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel she had my best interest in mind especially when she went up and beyond to assist me selecting the chair and everything else. Thank you Nena.

I don't know about you but there must be 75 pens in my home orphaned from various banks and five jobs ago that just never seem to work. That's where Staples comes in. Rather than some grandiose New Year's resolution concerning peace in our time, I'm simply going to collect and toss every pen in the house and start fresh. They have aisles of them and no Bic ball point will do, as I currently have accumulated 20 of their stiks in every color except blue and black. How and why I have absolutely no idea. I think I've decided on the Pentel EverGel RTX which is either a nifty name for an industrial lubricant, a video game or my mid-life crisis sports coupe. My cursive is spotless and I've never had to gouge a pad or resort to an open flame to get the ink flowing. Thanks Staples. Now, if you only had a cashier working. Four solid stars.

Staff are friendly and courteous. However, the store isn't well stocked, for instance there were only a few laptop sleeves in this store location. Shipping and copy services areas are very helpful.

Harold in the printing department was so helpful and kind. He was very patient and did everything he could to help my Aunt get what she needed.

Nehan and Romona were very helpful. Nehan is very knowledgeable about the product and inventory and helped me get what I needed and showed me all my options. Romona helped me sign up for the rewards program and rang me up quickly. They both deserve raises and promotions ?

Be alert! they charge for things that you don’t even purchase. It happened to us and they required us must be return back to store to get refund even though we already left and on our way to our next stop. Horrible experience!

I hate leaving long reviews but just want to outline since I had to report to corporate.Rude and unhelpful photo center manager Tori for passport photo. Tried working with 2 associates prior to getting to her and none were able to figure out how to print my 2x2 passport photo. Did the exact same process a few months ago with Harold and it worked fine (only reason for giving more than 1 star) even paid for the official passport formatting online this time and was told (by his manager) how they don’t have the skills that Harold does..by his manager… who is supposed to have more knowledge, no?She wasn’t interested in helping to direct me on what to do, just said “we don’t know” and gave increasing attitude to each question I had of trying to understand what was needed of me. Her associates were more helpful and professional to be honest. When asking when Harold came in, she was dodgy and tried not to give me a time until pressed, then as I’m leaving I hear the other associate saying “he can’t do it either” and the manager trying to shush her telling her to let me come in and find out, so clearly hoping to waste my timeReported her and the store to corporate since it felt very unprofessional and they weren’t able to get the job done that they advertise, while giving me such attitudeUpdate— Appreciate the response Leslie! Your understanding and effort goes a long way. Hope Tori is able to follow your example

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE. VERY RUDE AND HEARTLESS PEOPLE. zero customer service . EVERYTHING is very very EXPENSIVECompared to other store ...Almost 40% more price for the same brand same product ...My husband went to buy one folder , this people charged 40% more price , so actually these people cheated by taking more price, only one word for them - cheating

If there was an option for less than one star, that's what I would give this store. Don't know who does the hiring, but customer service, in printing, is awful. Laughing, screeching, barely acknowledging customers, the atmosphere feels like a party, not a business. Add to this, no supplies, empty staplers and zero assistance, this business is going down hill fast.

staples is deceitful. Turned in 50 print cartridges. Was supposed to get $50 in rewards once spending $50. did so but Staples lost track of the purchase. Never got the rewards.
