The owner or supervisor she is the word person I ever see in my life. I just went to get fix only two nails. First she told me no one can help me because they are waiting for customers with appointments. And I said but I’ve been waiting for more than 10 minutes and no one shows. And she said I’m sorry but I do not accept customers for another nail salon. I asked why. She just gave me an stupid answer: because I don’t know what kind of product they used, or maybe we don’t have the same color here. Come on!!!! It’s an emergency I don’t need perfection I just need your salon service. Only because two nails waoooooo. I never in my life see this. I have a business and my priority is give the best service, no matter what.
Stylist: The owner or the manager. She needs God and Jesus in her damaged heart.

So I got my nails filled and a pedicure. For some reason no one knows how to FILE anymore. My nails should be square but they are like round square. Smdh Another thing is I’m getting a pedicure and the girl besides being extremely rough; I was confused why she was wiping off new utensils to use for my pedicure. If they’re new why is she wiping them off smdh not to mention she decides not to file my big toe nails saying they have acrylic on them and she didn’t want to file
To much. I’m confused bc there wasn’t no acrylic on my toes and obviously she doesn’t know what she doing bc why not get a drill then if my toe nails aren’t flimsy like you’re used to. I had to tell her to get a thicker nail filer. I still
Tipped her but honestly they’re just not good anymore if ever. I don’t recommend going there bc obviously no one knows how to do nails or pedicures. Smdh 115$ later. I’m filing my own toe nails… and getting a color change due to poor filing and my toes nails not being shaped due to no filing.

I went there for a pedicure and I've been sitting there for 30 minutes & there was two workers A customer came in to get a full set one of the workers just overlooked me and went to the regular customer I don't appreciate favoritism everyone needs to be treated equally I won't be back

I have never been in such a vulgar place, so dirty and disgusting, the wife of the owner of that salon located inside the Walmart is a woman who has no education, she is rude and also racist towards the Hispanic community, this place should not be open to people like that woman They only want to belittle not only the clients but also the Dominican lady who worked in that place. It was horrible like that and many of the clients witnessed the mistreatment that the owner's wife did to that woman who was only going to work. I would never return such a disgusting place

HORRIBLE PLACE NASTY MANAGER THE LADY THE WIFE OF THE OWNER OF THAT NAIL SALON SHE IS A RACIST MISERABLE PERSON SHE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH 99% OF THE CLIENTS OR COSTUMER THIS PLACE SHOULDNT EXIST GO SONEWHERE ELSE THERE IS BETTER PLACES THAN THIS GARBAGE .

I live in New Brunswick and I always go to get my pedicure at the Walmart on Route 18, and today I really tried this place that I really liked. I asked the name of the girl who gave me my pedicure and she said her name was “Thanya.” very good and very kind I will return for her

Second complaint. Horrible place and unsanitary. Nasty attitude. Terrible job using Gel. My nails are cracking from the Gel. Doing to much at the same time..

Not that I even need to leave a review to warn people because there are so many terrible reviews already - but story time anyway- my little sister came here and after a MEDIOCRE manicure (mediocre is being generous) the nail “artist” (artist is being generous) cut her on multiple cuticles due to lack of technical skill, and I’ll let the picture tell the rest. I guess if you’ve never had a good manicure before you may think this was fine but everyone who’s had a real nail artist isn’t falling for this mess. All that being said- we don’t complain about the nails-people have to train and practice to become good after all- BUT THEN the nail tech with the shaved head and glasses ( you know who you are and sadly I missed your name) proceeds to ask, in front of customers and her manager that apparently has no administrative skills or leadership skills, she asks “is that all you’re going to tip?” She tipped 20% as is standard for service industry jobs. 20% for the worst manicure service I had heard of and they have the nerve to ask that? How unprofessional and tacky can one human get? You deserved no tip by the end of this for various reasons but luckily some of us aren’t embarrassingly inept in social awareness. I hope you learn something from all these bad reviews or get out of the service industry. Boooo. 0/10.

I can no longer go there because of the blatant dismissal of person that did my nails made me feel like I was the problem for pointing out a discrepancy with my nails. When showing the tech both nails for reference to clearly see the noticeable difference I was belittled about taking too long in between fill ins. You dont know people's financial situation to make them feel like that. As a mom I put myself on the back burner to take care of everyone else so my self care is often neglected not by choice. But for someone to lack professionalism and empathy because they don't know person's situation to make them feel like that will no longer get my money. I came there alot and never complain but the one time I point out an error I'm belittled about my financial situation. No thank you I'll find another place that treats everyone with respect.

They lost me as a customer with the horrible job they did on my mani and pedi last time. As soon as I got home, I noticed my gel pedicure was not dry and it peeled off of both feet. My manicure gel started to peel also and one nail even pooped off. They are extremely rude so I never went back for them to correct it. I just won’t go back. I can spend my money where I want and it will no longer be here. I am a professional and my nails must look good. I found a nice salon in So Brunswick which is cheaper and better.
