Came here to get some parts for my refrigerator which no else had but they did which was a serious relief. I walked in and they had the parts for me put to the side. I think it was Nick to whom i spoke with when i walked in and he was nothing short of fantastic. Professional, personable and very informative to the issue i was having. Just an excellent experience. I will be coming here from now on for any appliance issue I may have. Keep up the great work and THANK YOU!!!!!

I have a Maytag washer that didn't seem to be spinning anymore. Clothes were left at the end of the load sopping wet. Redmonds Appliance came out right away, found the issue, fixed it and is working like a charm. Bruce and Nick are super polite and family friendly and are reasonable priced. I highly recommend them for services if they work on the brand you own. They are awesome!!

Visited Redmond's to see if my top dishwasher rack could be repaired. Nick looked up the part and it was in stock. Nick was also sooooo nice and helpful. I would recommend anyone to visit Redmond's if they need any appliance parts.

Brothers Chris and Nick are outstanding. I called five minutes before closing expecting to be rushed off of the phone. Chris patiently answered all questions and was very helpful.
Once at the store, Nick spent his time trying to help me troubleshoot and offered expert advice. They also get your parts quickly.

It's great to have an appliance parts store near me. The people there are very friendly and helpful. The prices could be a little less, but that's just the price to pay for convenience.

My brother Sandy and I have a Residential Property Maintenance company and went to Redmond's for the first time this week after previously using other companies in the area. The parts manager Chris was phenomenal and went out of his way to locate a difficult part and was great with communication throughout the process. I have now had two FANTASTIC experiences with Redmond's. They've helped me on two appliances that have broken. First, a dishwasher that had a spray bar break, and second on a dryer that had a belt snap. I am handy with tools, but have never worked on appliances. Both times, they were able to speak to me in a way that helped me understand the parts that broke, and exactly how to replace them. They even printed up schematic drawings so I could see all of the parts and understand how they work together. Of course no one looks forward to an appliance breaking, but it's a great feeling of confidence knowing that they're right up the street and ready to help!

I needed a motor module for the TRANE HVAC blower. The thermistor burned out on a hot day. Amazon has this part, but the soonest delivery is in one week.Redmond's Appliance had the part and I drove to the store to pick up the part. Very nice guys working in this store.I replaced the motor module and my AC runs perfectly!I cannot thank enough to the guys at Redmond's Appliance.MM

Really nice, friendly folks. If you want to support a small local business, this is it. Explained what was wrong with my dryer and they knew immediately what was needed to fix it. They mailed the part. I installed it, and It has been working great ever since. Definitely recommend to family and friends!
