Visited Redmond's to see if my top dishwasher rack could be repaired. Nick looked up the part and it was in stock. Nick was also sooooo nice and helpful. I would recommend anyone to visit Redmond's if they need any appliance parts.

Brothers Chris and Nick are outstanding. I called five minutes before closing expecting to be rushed off of the phone. Chris patiently answered all questions and was very helpful. Once at the store, Nick spent his time trying to help me troubleshoot and offered expert advice. They also get your parts quickly.
