My car was towed by this company.Car's glove compartment, center console were opened as the guy pulled the car out and handed key. When I asked the guy at the reception, he was so rude and had no answer why glove compartment, center console were opened. Then I read others reviews and found my car was not the exception. Missing all wheel covers.

My car was towed from route 1 in North Brunswick , once I pay & go to my car the cover is falling off , the bumper is also falling off and my gas tank is now leaking & when I go in to talk to the manager he just blames it on a scratch I had on the bumper… it’s sad how their still in service. This cannot stay like this and it won’t! I will be contacting my lawyer

The most unprofessional towing service ever. Unfortunately, Turnpike authority called them, not me. I don't use a company that has less than 4 stars reviews. Their driver just towed my bobtail truck and dropped off half because he was unable to bring it to the repair shop I told them. They charged me $800 for just 1.5 miles. Semi trucks with 53" trailers get in and out of that area safely. And he had the audacity to tell me that his driver couldn't go there because there's no enough room for him to turn around. They are the lowest of the low. Avoid these scammers at all cost.

Worst company ever ! the guy there (Skip) he's a joke, cursing and his attitude is unbelievable rude, he hang up on me couple times as my truck was in their possession In summary, my experience with Puleio's Service Center was nothing short of a nightmare. I don't understand why are still in business . Their slow response, unprofessionalism, and outrageous pricing $1600 for 5 mill left me deeply unsatisfied and frustrated. I would strongly advise anyone in need of a tow to look elsewhere for a reputable and reliable company otherwise, you'll get robbed

Auto accidents are traumatic. Having kind and competent professionals there to help you out in your time of need is key. The folks at Puleio's demonstrated a high level of service, compassion, and caring. The Puleio team transported the wrecked car from the accident scene to their facility, and today gave access in order to retrieve remaining items from the wreckage. Of course, I hope you never experience an automobile accident. But if you do, and you are in mid-NJ, call these folks. Their benevolence / soft hands take a little bit of the edge off of the pain, and calm the nerves a bit.

My father got into an accident on Friday after Thanksgiving due to someone cutting him off. The police called for their contract towing service which was Puleio's. I watched this inexperienced tow truck operator mess around trying to get the pickup onto the flatbed unsuccessfully for 25 minutes . I was waiting till the operator got the truck loaded but needed to get to the hospital because my father was transported to the ER. Initially there was driver side damage as well as steering issues to the truck. come to find out now the passenger side had a window blown out, fender damage and somehow the tonneau cover received damage. When my father called, they said it was like that from the accident and if he didn't like that answer, sue him. What a total joke for a company to do. Absolutely unacceptable

So here's the thing, I can't understand why this place has gotten such a bad rap. Maybe it was someone on a bad day. I was in an accident on Sunday and these folks were the ones who were contracted to pick up cars. The driver took me to the hotel after picking up my car and I was able to talk with someone on Monday and get updated information. Yes, my insurance company handled getting my car out of the yard and to the repair shop but every time I called and asked a question I was given the answer I needed promptly. Linda in the office even helped me out by going and taking pictures of my car for me so I could get a jump on all of the insurance stuff. Thanks for all the help.

I just had a horrible experience with this company. On 6/19/21 the tow guy named Oscar P. asked for my hitch to help tow the car from the turnpike and it nor the cover was seen again. They have also broken a light cover on my vehicle. After several calls as of 7/8/21 Tom states that Oscar said he doesn't have it nor will he replace it. This place is horrible but luckily I will not stop here. I will be contacting everybody to notify them of the horrible customer service of this company and will be taking them to small claims court as soon as I finish adding up all of the costs to replace what was lost and broken.

Puleios towing recently came out to tow my car that broke down on the side of the turnpike. I was greeted with a very helpful and kind gentleman named Armando. He ensured I was safe and stayed off the side of the highway since there were a lot of cars and trucks driving by. He arrived right away when I called the turnpike authorities. What I liked the most was that he was very patient with me and treated my car like it was worth a million dollars. Even tho it was a little pricy and I had to get a second tow to my destination. The hospitality was key. Definitely recommend to a friend.Service: Car towing

I just have to say, I don’t understand how this company is still in business with the customer service it gives out. I had called this place because my car broke down and the guy I had spoken to on the phone, whom I’m assuming is the manager was utterly rude and disrespectful.! He had the audacity to cursed ME out and tell me to “go cry to my mother” and “how my credit card wasn’t good enough for him to use.” I’ve never had anyone, let alone someone in charge tell me something like this. I don’t understand how people in the service business would give this type of service out to any customers that come along. It really was such horrible experience.
