The office women helped me tremendously... I spoke a guy on the phone it was the worst someone ever spoke to me the dude has no understanding of situations being in business for 20+ years asked him a simple question he said if I don't get my vehicle out he's get the title and lose everything... that's not how you talk to customers
Besides that “guy” everyone else was friendly the reason for 1 star was that I didn’t appreciate the way he spoke to me shouldn’t have someone like talking to customers….. if it wasn’t for him I would honestly give this place 3 STARS.
Pricing honestly wasn't bad
Storage is affordable
To avoid all this call your dmv and check ur registration status once in a while learned a valuable lesson.

Avoid these scammers at all costs.
They towed my car at 2:40 AM on a Saturday, and when I went to retrieve it at 2:00 PM the same day, they were already closed. Their website clearly states they're closed on Sundays, so I waited until Monday, only to be hit with "holding costs" for a day they were not even open. If that’s not highway robbery, I don’t know what is.
When I asked if he could do anything about the fees for the day they were closed, the guy dismissively said, "We were open on Sunday... and we're allowed to be closed when we want, and we don't have to tell you." That level of apathy perfectly reflects the unprofessionalism of this place.
To make matters worse, the facility itself was a complete dump. The exterior looked unkempt and uninviting, and the first floor is a poorly maintained area. You have to climb a set of stairs to their office, where you’re greeted by a shrine to Donald Trump. They only accept cash (of course, to dodge accountability), and—surprise—there’s no ATM on-site. This puts customers in an even more inconvenient situation.
Honestly, I have no idea why Rutgers Police even has them as one of their options. It’s embarrassing and irresponsible for a reputable institution to associate with a business like this. Trust the reviews and steer clear.

These guys are scam artists and thieves, car got towed from a collision and I'm pretty sure it was them who stole several hundred dollars worth of items from my car. Wouldn't trust these guys with a pencil on it's last inch, probably take that too

My friend got his car towed on the highway on 9/19. Puleios was called to pick it up, their Office was closed but were nice enough to let us pick the car up. But we got the car back and it’s leaking transmission fluid because the cover to the transmission was broken during transport.

The worst company to rely on. They towed my car and the guy was a fraud who stole my car keys!!!! He's claiming he never took the keys from us. He gave me back my house keys and took the car key fromm hand. Please don't rely on such nasty services for your vehicles. With further discussion, they closed the phone on us!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had with any service driver. NJ turnpike authority said this company would come in 30 minutes, it took them over 3 hours to get to me, and they charged me $200 to move my 0.9 miles. I wish NJPA would partner with better, more reliable people. We live in the most densely populated place in the country, and it took the turnpike association (who do not allow triple AAA, you have to go thru the turnpike for service) 3 hours during rush hour to get me off the highway. New Jersey needs a better system in place because calling this company is not helpful.
I’d like to add that I just called the tire shop to check on my car, and they said the tow truck driver did not leave the key in the drop box or in the ignition. This is seriously messed up.

Most rude disrespectful people i have ever dealt with.
In response to your question. I didn't ask the guy is his name as he cursed me out. Instead I paid my bill and never returned to your business. This was over 3 years ago. However, if you scroll down there are plenty reviews just like mine.

An absolute scam of a company. Was forced by the turnpike authority to use them. They would have charged us $800 just to get us off the turnpike (no more than a 5 mile tow) and $1500 to get us to the shop. If you can avoid using them do, at all costs. They're a 2 star company for a reason and that's generous.

I had this company work on my truck a few months back. I was broke down on Jersey Turnpike and they towed me off It’s been months now. My truck is running excellent driveshaft or something like that. Had messed up , but I tell you nicest guys great work good job friendly Yeah you broke down out of state truck driver no Family or friends to help you these guys reached out to help and I just want to say I appreciate them. And if I have a breakdown again which I truly hope not but if I did in New Jersey around exit 8 or nine somewhere like that then these people in a nice way these people are the ones I would refer to you to call. and they have fair pricing. Just a little knowledge from truck driver to driver

They stole everything out of my car! radio, speakers, chargers, personal belongings, my purse everything! They also walked all over the top of my car making more damage! Owner was very rude and charged me extra because I made a police report. They WILL add nonsense to your bill if you say anything to them. Workers here work together just to get away with your stuff. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS IN THIS FACILITY THEY ARE NOT WORKING. He couldn't show the police officer my car being taken apart because there is no surveillance or security. You can just walk out with anything.

Liars and being stranded on a highway and took our car to impound center. Tow truck driver lied to us. Disgusting company and workers taking advantage of people.
