Only 1 ATM and it’s constantly broken. This place has a terrible parking lot, so service needs to be better than normal. But it’s always broken. If I could give zero stars I would. Just wastes my time multiple times a month because it cannot stay working.

I was charged 2% as a “courtesy” to cash a check made on my name by PNC funds. Really? Good thing is was small amount otherwise it would have been $200 on 10,0000 check. Crooked bank.

Went to make a deposit today I asked for a deposit slip the man at the desk handed me one in Spanish I said can I have an English one he goes we don't have any English I find it very appalling very disredpefulfor just a Spanish slip to be handed to me then he proceeds to tell me oh you can go make a deposit outside when there where 3 tellers standing doing nothing.

The worst I went to make a deposit and the man at the post gave me a deposit slip in Spanish I asked one in English he then told we don't have any but I can tell you how to fill it out,mind there are 3 tellers doing nothing,then he tells you can make a deposit outside.

Not the best experience i’ve had. The teller, Jana was in a bit of a mood and very harsh when speaking to me. She helped me in what I needed but her customer service was absolute trash, she needs to improve.

This review is mainly because of the branch manager Sandra, she was not helpful in any way and always had an attitude to me and my party. We had previously walked in for business account events and she said we needed an appointment. I understand that so my party went home and tried making an appointment. Every time we called Sandra was never in the office or available to take an appointment. We were told that she would call us back and she never did to schedule. When we went in another time hoping to finally take a walk in because she should have been notified of us making an online appointment with her. She still would accept us. Moral of the story, if you need any business account help, go to East Brunswick because they are much kinder and understood our needs right away!

Customer service is not the best. I went in for a new card after loosing mine at the time. Was only greeted by the teller. Their consultants didn’t even bother to say a word to me after many minutes of waiting for service. You will not feel welcome here, the one star is for the tellers but do yourself a favor and visit the Somerset downtown branch instead. They make you very welcome there.

Gave me a new atm card, but changed my pin without telling me, so it's completely useless. It's impossible to get any money out. Completely ridiculous.

This bank messed up my whole life savings due to a teller not paying attention. I went in on Saturday and showed them my PNC Auto Loan check and asked if we can get a certified check instead to be used to buy a car because the dealer will only accept a certified check. I got the certified check and paid it the dealer. To my surprise, the whole funds for the car amounting to $34,0000 was taken out of my checking account instead of the loan financed. My whole savings and planning for retirement ruined by a teller who didn't pay attention to what we needed. Maranea
