I let Jamie know what I was hearing a thump sound over bumps. Wasn't recurring sound. They were able diagnosed the issue. The stabilizer bar was old and had cracked recommended replacing both. Took pictures sent them to me. I could see exactly the issue. Very happy with the service the truck is riding great. I am looking at replacing the rear stabilizer bars now.”

The staff and manager (I believe his name was Terrell but I may be mistaken) were super helpful and met all my needs even though they were busy. “Great experience here. I came in for simple maintenance, just a simple oil change and plugging a hole in a tire, but I'm happy I chose this shop. Lowest price in town, plus fast service. The job only took 20 minutes, meanwhile most other places said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Besides that, the mechanic (Tim, I think his name was) topped off my windshield washer fluid and gave me 4 tire stem caps for free and without me asking. He also advised me on possible issues to look out for regarding the make and model of my car. It was a simple job, sure, but the price and service left a good impression.”

“I can't speak on their work because they don't work on the specific problem I had. However, what I can speak to is how honest they are, and how quick and easy it was to get to the bottom of things. And if anyone feels concerned about trusting mechanics, which is common, they understand how important it is to be able to feel comfortable with them, and to feel like the experience was easy and to the point. They weren't able to help with this, but they gave me good reason to go back for other services they do handle, and I already sent my girlfriend to them, and her experience was just as good.”

“I had an excellent first experience today with this facility from speaking with the receptionist the first time to dealing directly with my mechanic ( Greg) thru my process. everyone here are very professional, kind & care about their clients. I brought my 2006 pontiac G6 for repair ( wouldn't start)Greg immediately call me & what was the issue with the car. I've been a premier member of AAA for the past 3 years and I truly trusted AAA in getting my car repair.after several occasions of getting stuck with my vehicle & spending in a period of 1 year over 5k on repair & the real problem never got fixed. Finally this past weekend while looking for a mechanic came across this wonderful & honest repair shop. My only regret was no knowing sooner about Rayco. I would like to personally thank everyone involved in the process of getting my G6 fixed, specially Greg who was very professional & knowledgeable of my vehicle issues.
Going forward Rayco will be my go to repair shop for any of my vehicles.

Sanjay found an issue with axle that I have been having issues over a decade and had been to many service shops and no one could point out. It was ordered and replaced within an hour. My car became so smooth without any noise while turning the wheel and while driving after almost a decade.

“I had a very nice experience with the two gentlemen that helped take care of my oil change, it was quick and I didn't have to wait long. They were very upfront and honest about the state of my car and told me there were some things I needed to do and look out for. Ex. Air filter, oil leak or burns off..
I also used the Xtreme Clean car wash following the oil change and they too were great, highly recommend coming here.

“Came with urgency since my exhaust broke on a Sunday night, they were willing to look and give me enough to bit before doing the work. I thought it was going to be a bigger job but they only replaced what needed to be replaced. I asked if they had time to look at another part of my car, and they were even willing to do that at work. Finally, they found a slightly in a brake line and brought it to my attention, and of course I asked them if they would do that too. I left there feeling I like I had a sound vehicle, even though I know I have to do some maintenance on it, and a piece of mind. Thank you!”
