“I just had a wonderful experience with StrongMile Movers. I had engaged them to move a very large, disassembled weaving loom down two flights of narrow stairs, a couple of weeks ahead. Suddenly, the loom had to be moved the next day. It was the end of the day, and I left a message. Within about 10 minutes, they agreed do it and were there before 8 a.m. the next day. “I have been a customer for almost two years and never had any issues. The storage facility is clean and safe, temperature of the climate controlled units was always adequate. The front desk lady is very helpful and straightforward. The rent wasn’t raised for the amount of time I had the unit and I got my deposit back right away after I moved out. I will definitely return if I ever need to.”
“Great service trucks available most of the time can’t say anything to bad since they address most issues with trucks during business hours just wish that they wouldn’t give out trucks that have issues just to make customers feel happy that they got a truck. Some trucks need p.m. But in order to satisfy customers, they will send the trucks out while of its in need of service and I broke down quite a few times after hours, which became a really big headache”
“Perfect from start to finish! I am extremely particular and I quote literally had ZERO complaints. Budd Van Lines handled my large move about two weeks ago. They also moved my parents about 5 years ago. They are a phenomenal company who retains and values their employees. Alan came out to meet me and inspect my house 8 weeks before my move and provided me with a detailed estimate. Denise was in touch every step of the way, checking in before, every day during the 3 day move, and after. Derick was THE BEST driver. I could not have asked for a better crew. Derick and his team went above and beyond, he had nonstop endurance, managed his team extremely well, took charge, has a photographic memory, was personable and kind to me and my family, protected my furniture, belongings, old and new house, and was meticulous in every way. Before he left he ensured that I was completely stayed with everything, down to the positioning of the rugs. If you select this company you will not be disappointed!”

The first delivery company arrived with 2 people and said they could not deliver b/c the piece was too heavy (~300lbs). A&M took over the delivery and were able to get the piece upstairs and put in place in less than hour. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend.”
