We had such a fabulous experience. From start to finish Dennis was very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly. The list goes on and on. All the questions we had were answered easily without hesitation. Love Malouf and Staff! From the Sales Dept to the Service Dept. Never had a problem and when updated to newer Cadillac I needed to come in and ask many questions ..lol. Us older folks need a little guidance with all the posh changes in newer Caddies lol. : ) Anyway with that being said.. I’ve been with Malouf for 20 years and still happppppy. Thank you all.

When I started my car shopping journey, I only knew I wanted an SUV, but I didn't have a particular car in mind. I must say I went to several car dealerships and looked at several different SUVs. I ended up purchasing a SUV at Malouf Cadiallac. Sales consultant Marques Sanchez is excellent. He's patience, throughout, and is very responsive via phone calls and emails, which was a plus because I had to order my car, and during that wait period, he kept me up to date with every step. I'm very happy with the service at Malouf Cadiallac.

I gave so many chances to this dealership to fix their mistake but they been refusing my emails and calls, so I have to write my experience and people will know what they will be dealing with.
So I got a letter about a recall on my 2010 Escalade and I made an appointment with this dealership about a year ago and they did the recall but they destroyed my passenger side panel and when I asked for replacement or to be fixed their answer was that it was already damaged and when they put it back it got more damaged. I am a 30+ year customer of the Malouf Dealerships... Was unable to open the driver's side door of my 2012 Cadillac CTS (37,000 original miles)... Informed by the service department that door latch was stuck (from what I read online, probably the actuator), estimated $1,130. Ok'd estimate, but when I got the bill ($1,216.74 with tax), I was shocked to see (pretax) parts of $218, and $850 labor... While I realize entering the car was NOT easy, I find it hard to believe Cadillac did not have a procedure for mechanics to follow that required somewhat less time to get the door open to replace parts... $850 is "PROHIBITIVE"!!!Further no discount was applied to reduce the pain for, a very long time, loyal customer... VERY DISAPPOINTED & DISSATISFIED...
