I had a great experience during entire process of finding my perfect vehicle, ordering it, waiting and, finally, accepting the delivery! My sales person was Phil Redfield, who was guiding me from the day I walked into the dealership without any clear idea what truck exactly I needed, till the final day of completion all paperwork. I believe that I was extremely lucky to meet with Phil. He is one of the greatest salesmen I used to deal previously. He is very knowledgeable, professional, reliable, reachable person. He provided me with valuable advises, recommendations, shared his thoughts regarding multiple practical recommendations based on actual ownership experience. I highly recommend Phil, as well as every person I had a pleasure to interact with during the process of purchasing my new truck.

I stopped to make an appt for windshield wiper recall, wipes actually broke the night before. Since we were due to have rain William, the manger got me in and fixed the wipers and an additional recall right away.I made appt to go back for another problem that I have for next week.

I had the best experience with Malouf service. They went above and beyond to take care of my situation. I took my vehicle into another GMC for misfiring and $7000 and 3 visits fixing various parts led me to going to Malouf service. The service manager immediately took my case and knew that my newly replaced lifter had damaged my cam shaft. They fought on my behalf and completed my repairs correctly. They also fixed the repairs that the other service supposedly fixed. And they only charged me a faction of the price to take care of it all. I truly appreciate them, they were a godsend!

It was a pleasure doing business with Malouf. Tito was a great salesperson and was able to answer all of my questions and help get me acclimated with my new truck. Mike the manager was very friendly and gave me a good rate on my trade. The finance process was very easy and without issues. They also worked with me on customizing an extended warranty. Overall, I had a 5-star experience and would recommend the team at Malouf any time.

An unequivocally awful business. Where to begin? How about the fact that they knew we were coming from out of state and neglected to tell us that a bank check was needed until the day of, as we were on the road. We were so so lucky that our normal (out-of-state-specific) bank had one singular location that required only a minimal detour. Other information withheld included a fee to ship the plates back home. Fastforward to post purchase, a mere TWO drives later, the truck did not start. Dead battery. How are you as a dealer not going to check the battery of an 8 year old vehicle? Absolutely unacceptable. Can't get any worse right? WRONG. How about an inability to contact amanda or kyle (our rather bland sales guy) for over a week. The whereabouts of the plates: a mystery, and the status of the paperwork: unknown. It's crazy how the communication fluctuated from such a keen eagerness to make a sale to radio silence to your own negligence. It quickly became the day before the expiration of the old tags before kyle finally answered the phone. It turned out they had the plates just sitting there the whole time but "did not have our phone number in the system." Complete BS. Even if that outright lie held any truth, it failed to acknowledge the fact that he had been blatantly ignoring countless calls and numerous emails that were merely inquiring if he could accomplish the small fleet of doing his job effectively. Needless to say, it did not take long to realize he in fact could not do his job swiftly, nor could buick gmc hold any ounce of integrity.

Great experience. Came in with my 2016 buick. Thought I had a big problem turns out no problem. No charge. Billy explained the use of premises gas should help. Much appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience buying my hummer. I called Amanda who is a wonderful person and she put me in contact with the salesman Mike. He made buying the hummer so enjoyable and also delivered my hummer bike to my house. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Malouf himself. Thank you!!!

Purchasing the vehicle was easy. Getting responses from anyone aside from Andee has been difficult. I’m 2 weeks from needing to pay for the car and no one can help me with information regarding the loan. My sales person stopped replying weeks ago. The finance person replies in short statements with very little info. Emailed the general manager and I assume he saw my email but never personally replied. Kinda ridiculous to not know when and where to pay for the car.

I had an amazing buying experience at Malouf GMC. I purchased the truck out of state, using their web site for information, CarMax, options, etc.Amanda contacted me via email and was super helpful with information and referring a transport company, etc.Tito was my salesperson and was amazing to deal with and super nice guys!
