Excellent service. They were on time for pick up. They delivered with no breakage. The movers were also cordial and took the job seriouslyPatrick

The price we paid for the move was over 50% higher than what we were quoted. We provided a detailed inventory and photos of the items on the front end, but it was only after we had signed the contract and paid the deposit that they said the volume might be higher than the quote. They underbid to get the job and then adjusted the quote upwards in moving day. My experience was consistent with Andrew M and others who posted Poot reviews.

Worst experience ever!!!! showed up 2 hours late and refused to work because they couldn't get up our street. 2 ignorant kids showed up after being a so called professional moving company. they were eating and laughing as they showed up and refused to park on corner and walk the items to the 2nd house from the corner. Then left while we were left in a house with no cable a bed without a frame because we moved that earlier in day. just a horrible experience. the person on phone never called back we sat there for hours waiting on solution. I lost 2 days of work now and had to hire a 2nd company. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT HIRE US RELOCATION

Awful, avoid! Unethical. Terrible. This is a moving broker, not moving company. They outsource to cheapest bidder... trust me, you get what you pay for.Now for the fun part... They showed up 2 days late (yes, I had to extend my lease $$$ & yes, I needed to pay for a flight change $$$... US Relocation said they would discuss with manager and let me know how I could recoup the extra spends - they never mentioned it again), 30' truck shows up to pick up my studio apartment, mover said he was making 1 stop then heading to my destination, movers truck broke down once and got in an accident once on this journey. If you're looking for communication, that is not their strong suit. They reply to emails but you must email them first. Very frustrating. Finally, my belongings arrived 5 weeks later, significantly later than originally told. While on a flight, the second moving company demanded me to pay him by Zelle despite US Relocation changing my credit card on file and held my belongings hostage in front of my building. This way I could not dispute charge. Once we got it sorted by wifi texting and emails, I had the building manager open my apartment so drop off my belongings. They demanded payment from her! Unreal! I arrive home and see all my furniture unassembled (yes, that is worked into the price). I send pictures, no apology, no response. I emailed US Relocation to discuss the additional spends (flight change + extending lease due to their late arrival for pick up) mentioned above. They offered me $50.Avoid

On 03/21/2023 I was contacted by Naresh Byendla of US Relocation Inc. about moving my daughter from Broken Arrow, OK to Tulsa, OK (8 miles). I told him that it was a simple move from a two-bedroom apt. to a duplex. They needed to pack her kitchen and move bedroom furniture, some bookcases, living room, dining room furniture, washer & dryer. They would need at least one dish pack and about 15 boxes. He quoted a price of $680 with $170 down for a 3-hour job.On moving day (3/30/2023), a driver and truck showed up an hour later that promised (I received a call at 8:00 a.m. that they were on their way and would be there by 9:00 a.m.). There were no additional movers, no dolly, furniture pads, boxes, tape, or wrapping paper. He said that the other workers were on another job and would be there shortly. Since he didn't have materials, he came inside to assess what needed to do the job. After reviewing he said he need to go back to the warehouse to get materials. He never returned. After nearly four hours passed a second crew showed up at 1:45 p.m. They didn't bring a dish pack but did bring some boxes and pads. One crew member asked me to go to U-Haul to buy a box of 200 sheets of paper to pack the kitchen. He transferred $15 to my Cash App and I went to buy the paper. This took 30 minutes with afternoon traffic. The crew was not efficient and wasted time on discussions between themselves. They had everything packed and on the truck by 4:30 p.m. and left enroute to the house. It took them 45 minutes to drive 8 miles because they took time to stop to get drinks. During that time, it started to rain. It took them about 45 minutes to unload everything off the truck. They were completely done at 5:50 p.m.Naresh called me at about 5:45 p.m. trying to get me to pay for all of the time from 1:45 to 6:00 p.m. (about $1000.00 minus my $170.00 down) plus pay for the boxes, tape, and paper. I told him that the first crew didn't show up when promised, didn't have any materials or even a dolly. That the second crew showed up without a dish pack and no paper to wrap dishes and that I had to buy it for them, which took 30 minutes. And it took them 45 minutes to drive 8 miles in light traffic because they stopped to get drinks. He continued to argue with me but eventually we came to an agreement with a payment of $597.50.

Many thanks to Jonathan, Louis and George and their fine service, energy and enthusiasm in helping me! This was not easy as the new building management threw a wrench into the process by placing me at a different address from the one I was supposed to have. The team was patient and waited for me and then get me moved in good time. Primo service, highly recommended!

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They're a third party company who hires another company to complete your move. They will quote you a VERY low price because it's an unrealistic estimate. They give you a standard number of boxes and end up adding thousands of dollars in packing material costs. They will grossly underestimate the length of time needed. They even miscalculated how big of a truck was needed. The company they hired mislabeled my boxes and put the boxes in the wrong place. They were unapologetic and refused to offer any additional help, even after a $350 tip. Additionally, there was damage done to the hardwood at both houses, dents in the walls, broken furniture, and they even mixed my expensive suits with the fireplace tools! Unacceptable. Seriously, do not go with this company. They won't miss a beat when it comes to your payment though! Charged me over $3k above the quote.

Christ, where do I even start. I would give all the negative stars in the galaxy if this website allows it, but we will stick to the lowest for now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. File a complaint with US Department of Transportation here: fmcsa.dot.gov/protect-yo…The more we report, the faster they will open a federal investigation. Throw away your stuff, burn them, or pay some homeless camp to carry them for you to your final destination, but DO NOT let this company handle your move and certainly not give them a cent of your hard-earned money.Do NOT be fooled by the positive reviews and their false promises of "upfront, 0 hidden costs". That is an egregious exaggeration at best, and a disgraceful scam at its worst. I have a 490 sq ft studio in Brooklyn that needed to be moved to Oakland, CA. I made sure to be in touch with the broker about the location (new job offer, everything up in the air, yadi yada), and did my very best to communicate every step of the way. After I send in my photos for my room, they quoted me $3800, $7 per sqft supposedly. While the broker did let me know if the movers had to provide additional packing material (they did and I fully accept the cost no questions there), he did not mention things like "oversize charge". Guess what: Apparently, even if you send them photos of your entire place, and even sold a major piece of furniture to decrease the load, they will tell you that they don't know for sure exactly how much stuff you have! And will you charge you based on boxes. BOXES. This was not mentioned at all the entire time I worked with them. The final BILL was $5500. Far, far away from $3800 estimate after receiving my photos and this is after they stated that this is an accurate estimate and I am not gonna get a better price elsewhere.Another kicker: The movers had NO IDEA where I was going and neither did the people picking up my car. I ended up in the ER a few days ago and the car pick up team called me non-stop despite I had already told the US Relocation broker that I am in the ER and I gave him my parents' contact info who has my car in their possession. The pick-up was canceled and they lied to my parents stating that they had a mishap with a previous pick-up while telling me that they did not know at all that I was in the hospital. The company's team does NOT talk to each other internally and certainly not to their moving partners. They are absolute scumbags running a scam and I cannot believe I fell for their antics. I am sharing so nobody else will ever fall for their stupid ploy ever again. DO NOT USE THEM. Get the local homeless man to carry your stuff for you if you can, but do not under any circumstances allow anyone you know use this disgrace of a company!

Do not use this company, they are brokers and basically ignore you once they connect you to the actual company. The people they sent were very unprofessional, subpar packaging and broke various items. A Byzantine claims systems meant it is almost impossible to get reimbursed Miscommunication between broker and movers also meant that I was almost cheated out of 1,000 dollars as they did not communicate properly about the deposit. Overall a terrible experience.

I have moved for work many times and I travel light. I had all my small items in U-haul carboard boxes ( with cubic ft on them) with labels. I sent a list of my items to several competing company, all were very close in calculating the volume, hence the costs, all within 5% of the mean estimates. All the companies had a few bad reviews, including US RELOCATIONS, however, Adam who stated he was the owner was very professional sounding, stated he had a fleet of trucks nation wide and two trucks specifically running up and down the west coast where my move would occur. I had a few requirements as to the day range I wanted to be picked up and a limited number of days for delivery. Adam assured me "he knew just what we needed" and he would handle my move personally and gave me a number he said was his "personal" cell phone. After missing the pick up day by two days, the deliver date by a week, Adam was no where to be found, the number go to an exchange and thirty calls and messages I never heard from Adam again, only several other names for the book that stated they would give Adam the message. One could assume that Adam was code for "hide from these suckers" . Never heard from Adam again. I had given Adam a specific list total 744 cubic feet, 115 items. I had segregated the items to be shipped in one corner of my unit and all others in the main easy to identify place. I work, and when I took off my job to be there the day they stated They would come, I planned as much. They called the day before I was expecting them and said they would be two days delayed because another customer was not ready and could I deal that I said No. My flight back to work was already paid and set up. They said well too bad "it is what it is". I made arrangement for another to take my place. When the other company, that I did not know at the time was NOT US Relocation showed up they exclaimed this is not what we were supposed to pick up it is more than half the volume. The person I sent ONLY to open the doors and point called me. I told the lead person of the loading crew to only load what was on the list I sent to US RELOCATIONS. The person I sent to unlock the unit told them NOT to take the items and physically pointed to the NOT pile. OH WELL, they claimed they did not understand English that well and shipped $1,200 dollar worth of items(Shipping fees only) to my storage unit claiming it was NOW 1,080 cubic feet. I will throw that property away and settle with the rightful owners to avoid litigation. So you see they had me. I re-rented another 50% larger storage unit at Public Storage. at the same destination. BTW, it did not even come close to filling the unit and would have easily fit into the original 50% smaller unit. When they arrived, DISASTER! The truck they drove was too large to make a turn(they claimed) and wanted $75 for every one hundred feet, extra. I said NO the driver who was pretty cool rented a u-haul box truck and unfortunately as soon as they brought into the Public Storage it boke down and blocked the only way in or out of the storage yard. I was looking for locusts ore frogs to drop from the sky. OK, we can deal with that. US Relocation is a phone, probably out of the United States, does not own a single truck and brokered to a company that was just OK, but I received a e mail from US Relocations stating that I was to PAY only US Relocation, but at time of Delivery that Other company stated that they had 50% more volume and now that they had our stuff wanted payment to them! Bottom line, and there is MORE, BEWARE of slick talking companies with a phone and no other assets. The cost was $2,450.00 more than they quoted, I spent another $800 on air far, $250.00 on a larger storage unit and $1,100 restitution for the items that we shipped that were clearly not mine BEWARE OF US RELOCATION! YOU ARE WARNED

I used US Relocation for a move from SoCal to NorCal and even though I booked with them a week before my schedule move-out date but they were able to successfully schedule me in and get some local movers to help out. Just FYI - US Relocation is NOT the actual moving company but the company that schedules everything for you and gets a third-party moving company to do the labor. All in all, smooth moving process and everyone was very helpful and responsive. You should call your moving coordinator for the payments rather than paying the movers directly.

It's been some time that we have moved but I felt I needed to post a review on this company. I loved how organized they were from start to finish. Prior to our move we inventoried everything & they had the best team help with our move. The team worked hard during the hottest day ever. I would definitely recommend this company.
