This company is absolute garbage. They treat their employees like shit. James is the worst manager you can ever imagine. Extremely rude talks shit constantly about customers, scams people on their bills and makes them buy things they don't even need. That place has gone to shit since the old manager left. Marco is the only one that is a good manager and knows how to run the place. I wouldn't bring your car here for anything or you might need a new car or you're not gonna have any money.

My daughter and I took her VW to Mr. tire for a belt and pump. They suggested brakes as well and we purchased All services for about $1337. Within a week the car was taken to VW service for a free multi-point inspection. VW said a brake fluid exchange should be performed. I advised daughter to go back to Mr. Tire since the brakes had just been done. Mr. Tire told her to come by--we thought to make up for the oversight. That same day she took the car back. When all was said/done, she was billed another $109.99 + tax. I found that poor customer service since brake fluid exchanges are recommended when brakes & rotors are changed. Attempts to be refunded the additional monies have been declined at the store. Currently, waiting for a callback from Monro Corporate. Regardless, I wouldn't return or recommend this place due to poor customer service.

Simply fascinated by the outstanding, genuinely kindest service at this auto center! I had been referred to come here from Autozone after purchasing a part for my door. Although it was a sweltering hot day and they were full on busy servicing garage full of cars- the most incredible mechanic who I believe is the manager there fixed my part within 3 minutes! All I showed him was a small little car part and just like a magician- POOF- he knew exactly what to do and sent me on my way in lesser time than I have ever experienced anywhere (let alone a mechanic shop) in my life! Thank you so so much for your expertise and kindness Sir! Seriously, If you need anything fixed or done to your car- do not think twice- Mr Tire is the spot to go!!!

On our way into the city, we were run off the road by a DHL truck. After being towed off the turnpike and at a loss for where to go the tow truck drivers recommended Mr. Tire. We were up and running again in less than 30 minutes. You can't ask for better service! Thank you!

Took my car here for a single tire replacement and they couldn't even do that. They gave me a faulty tire and when i went back with my warranty, they decided to spread tar on the tire instead of giving me a new one. The tire did not last a year and now it's on the verge of bursting. Walmart would have done a better job.

I had a flat tire. I went there and the front desk guy was really nice. I told him I wanted to get my tire fixed or changed ASAP. He said they will try their best. Which they did. I’m glad I came here. Best Serivce!

I cannot say enough good things about the honesty and sincerity of this location. Although we arrived after hours and the work could not be completed the same day, the genuineness and empathy of Marco and his associate was beyond anything I could have imagined. Do yourself a favor and trust this location with your car needs---you will be beyond pleased. Thank you Marco for rhe bottles of water as we waited!

I had my tires replaced, which was fine. I also asked to have my rear brakes checked. When the work was supposedly done, I asked the man at the counter if they checked the brakes. He said that he personally did and they were good. I did not believe that because I occasionally walked outside and looked inside to see how the work was progressing. I did not see the rear drums removed to have the brakes inspected. Well, I accepted what he said and paid for the tires. It was really bothering me whether my rear brakes were ok or not, so I went to another service center a couple of weeks later to verify that the brakes were good. Well, I was surprised to find out that a brake cylinder was leaking brake fluid!!! So The man at the counter lied to me!!! Unbelievable. Never again will I have work done at Mr. Tire on Milltown Road in North Brunswick again.
